This used to be a great place to live

When I moved in 18 months ago, this was a GREAT place to live. Staff was AWESOME. (Some of them still are.) I have never had a problem with maintenance or bugs or the valet trash or anything else I have read. The problem is the people they are allowing to live here. I think it is wrong to let 3 and 4 people qualify for an apartment. The noise level is VERY high. Every weekend I am woken up by a barking dog or VERY loud college students friends and boyfriends every weekend at 3 and 4 in the morning. I have called several times and the problem persists and no one has bothered to call me back. The latest ROTTEN thing to happen to me was last night when someone STOLE my Christmas decoration off my front door! For a "LUXURY" apartment complex, I find that disgusting. It is certainly not about the cost of a simple Christmas decoration, rather more on the quality of people they allow to live here that would steal a Christmas decoration! I love my apartment, but it sure does make you think twice about renewing your lease.

    I would like to apologize on behalf of myself and my team that you feel your issues with the noise have not been addressed. It is our policy to return all calls within 24 hours and address our residents concerns as quickly as possible. At The Haven at Blanco we follow strict screening applications for all residents. Unfortunatly, noise issues can be a common occurance in apartment communities, however, if the problem continues someone in our leasing office is always happy to speak with your neighbors on your behalf to encourage a respectful noise level for both residents. We have an after hours attendant who is available all night after our office closes that you can contact in regards to the noise issues so that they can act immediately to address the issue. Our resident's feedback is important to the management team; we appreciate that a resident is willing to voice their opinions and concerns so that we may better serve this community.
