Wow, a nightmare after all these years!!!!
All of the reviews are true about this apartment complex. When we moved in they were supposedly doing renovations and were being taken over by a new management company. Seems to me by the other reviews that this is very commonplace here. The only nice thing about these apartments is that they are bigger than most new ones. However, the problems far outweigh the 1 nice thing about them. The problems I've had since being here over a year are: a/c and heater not working properly...a/c bill for one month was over $200 for a two bedroom apartment. Hot water or all water constantly being turned off...due to pipes busting, repairs, and/or construction. No security. Pools were not kept very clean (older one very hazy) and for the majority of the summer they were closed more times than being opened. Carpet is very old. More qualified and skilled maintenance people are needed. The ones there, or at least the couple of Mexican guys I think are maintenance don't seem to take their job seriously....I saw them take a case of beer into there workroom, only leaves me to believe that they ARE DRINKING ON THE JOB. About the staff: Some of are helpful, but after having to call back to report another problem or report the same problem over, they do become a bit condesceding. This place is very overpriced for the quality of the complex, maybe they should use all of that money for something better, like new a/c units for all apartments, new applicance, new carpet, better office staff, or new insulation. I am assuming the insulation in there is as old as the complex and that is why we all have high electricity bills. This place definitely sucks, stay away, call and complain to the city.Share This Review
