I've lived here for almost a year now. The are just a drawbacks, one of them being the lack of available of covered spaces. As far as I know, they are not diligent on towing cars without the appropriate stickers. I've come many nights and found GUEST cars in reserved spaces, which is really frustrating. The stairwells and breezeways desperately need to be pressure washed. Appliances are very old and there is no cabinet space in the kitchen. However, with all that being said, I still love living here. I rarely hear my neighbors, the hot water is endless, and the pool on the water is awesome, although I do wish they would open the pool area in the winter time just so residents can sit out on the water and watch the boats go by. They have painted the place, but in my opinion, they should have painted the place in more nautical colors that better represent the area of Seabrook. Instead the color scheme is barn-yard dark orange and dark brown, more reminiscent of the 70's, which will look out of date in a short amount of time. The colors are hideous for a property that is located on the water.
