These apartments are fairly nice to be perfectly honest, its much better then being homeless but the amount of B.S you have to put up with sure doesn't help any. but if something breaks inside them you better know or have someone that knows how to fix things.. Ive lived there for going on two years, My stove has caught fire ( which all they did was tie some wires together and paint the wall from the burn marks), The air conditioner got cut off in the dead of summer and many people had to leave because they had young children, they were elderly or sick..It took them 2 weeks to get it turned back on or "fixed" as they put it. Then a week later it was right back down. My shower head and toilet have both been broken the entire time Ive lived there..Ive put in several work orders and nothing has yet to be done. They also have no consideration for your privacy, they come in as they feel necessary. They inspect all the time, on average about twice a week... You can get wrote up for the simplest of things like a towel being on your bathroom floor or a child s toy being in the hallway. The management is ridiculous, they most defiantly play favorites. I would not recommend theses apartments unless you are in dire need.
