The staff is a little on the unprofessional side. I was going to move here but my job wouldn't permit me to do so. I called to let them know and they told me I couldn't have my $250 deposit back. It wasn't until I mentioned the attorney when they decided they would give it back. Elizabeth put me on hold and she came back on a little too soon because I heard her saying, "we've had the apartment off the market for a month so just make her feel really ------ about it." This had me heated but she said when she came back on she was talkin to a co-worker and she just said I was getting my deposit back. There was no making me feel ------ part lol. But very unprofessional.

Thank you for your response. I actually read this when you posted it and meant to comment right back and forgot. We are sorry you had a bad experience. We do have training that we offer our employees and have had the team take some additional training to ensure a situation like this does not happen again. We truly apologize.
