Yes, the new management is going to great lengths to make repairs, but when the construction crew began demolishing wall siding right outside my bedroom window at the crack of dawn...me not so nicey. I understand the need to repair this dump, but to work with so much noise right outside residences windows in the early morning is not necessary.

If you're moving in during this reconstruction, be prepared for a lot of short notices. One night I came home from working late and found a note asking everyone in our building to completely clear out our kitchen cabinents, drawers, and pantry for the exterminators to come spray...THE NEXT MORNING. Like I have nothing better to do after a LONG day at work than to completely remove all dishes, supplies, and food and relocate everything to other parts of my apartment so the bug man can "kill" the numerous pests roaming about this place. There have been other notes left like this, none giving more than a two-days notice. I haven't even put everything back in my kitchen since this incident. I'll be leaving here shortly.

The apartment does stink. I have yet to determine what the smell is. Mold grows like crazy, especially in the duct work and closets. The plumbing is bad. I'm on the ground floor and the toilet backs up at least once a week, so make sure you have a plunger handy. And watch out for the HOT water.
