Luxe is a beautiful place in natural surroundings that have you feeling like you are out in the country or on vacation, when you are actually close to everything Waco has to offer. The grounds and entry are also gorgeous and well cared for. We are moving there next weekend and cannot wait. more

The only apartments near Waco(non-baylor) I would rent from- The Retreat, The Residence, The Riviera(China Spring), Saddlebrook(Hewitt) and the new complex in Hewitt. The Retreat is expensive for Waco but it's high quality for Waco. I've known a few people who have lived at the Retreat and all were happy with it. Highly recommended as one of the only decent Waco options. more

Great experience at this apartment complex overall. I came to Waco for what was supposed to only be a 3 month contract. I tried to live at Extended Stay America, but that place is absolutely awful. Found Village Square Apartments as a last minute alternative, and the staff was able to accommodate me in a 1 bedroom fully furnished apartment for under $1,000/month everything included. I had more

Splendid job. The maintenance staff is extremely friendly and the dog park is a wonderful asset. The location is exceptional. The front desk is okay, not that friendly. more

I have only been here for 2 weeks and I already regret moving in. My new appliances which I am paying an extra $30 a month for were not installed as promised by my move in date, but I still had to pay the rent with the extra $30. I have put in a maintenance request for the same issue 3 times now and it still has not been fixed although the office staff has called to confirm my request 2 times. more

Ive been living here for almost three years and just renovated my Lease. Sure , it hasnt been perfect but i love this place. It's home for me and as I stated before , Ashton Oaks has the lowest Rent with all bills paid for this area. It is centrally located. The $$ you save , compared other rents in the vicinity , you could really renovate your whole apartment. There is a waiting list here more

When we moved in it was super unorganized. It has slowly improved but there is poor communication. There never seems to be a consistently easy way to pay rent. The walls are super thin and easy to hear through. Thing were built in a rush so, while it's nice there is paint in places there shouldn't be and things were ruined being built in a hurry. New office staff is incompetent and not more

When we moved into our 2/2 unit in November, we thought it was going to be great! And the unit itself is indeed wonderful. Big windows let in lots of light, wood panel looking laminate flooring, updated features all around. However, living on the ground floor is horrible. We hear our upstairs neighbors loud steps all the time and joke that elephants live there. They have 3 children under 10yo, more

DO NOT LIVE AT HERITAGE QUARTERS Heritage Quarters is terrible. They pick and choose which parts of your lease they want to honor. They had us paying for garage parking while the gates were constantly broken allowing all sorts of activity within. There were 2 car break-ins on a Monday night and 7 more break-ins on Wednesday of that same week. All these break-ins occurred INSIDE the parking garage more
