Westchester Square Apartments

4560 Lake Shore Dr, Waco, TX 76710

Our family lived at Westchester Square for two years. The price was the main advantage, followed by location (near to school, church and shops). The complex has a large lawn between it and the street, which helps keep the complex quiet. The apartment maintenance was responsive, although we did not have any major issues. The grounds are kept mowed and pest control is provided routinely. more

Luxe at 1300

I am a new resident of the Luxe and am so very pleasantly surprised that a Luxury Apartment with these type of amenities exist in Waco. The staff are very caring and attentive as well as the residents. It is comparable to living at a luxury resort. They coordinate social events that allow for as much or as little interaction as you prefer with other residents, which is very nice. Residents have more

Lived here for a year and a half. Perfect bachelor pad. 1 BR are a bit on the small side, but for the costs, it's great. Overall layout of the complex is nice. Location of the complex itself was great. In my 1.5 years there, I had to make one maintenance call (done online) for a broken ice machine. Guy was there the next day to replace it. Decent folks far as I could tell. Some TSTC more

This is a great place to live with good management and maintenance staff! The pool area is nice. An In-N-Out burger will be opening across the street. Also, there's a nice dog park with a cleaning area for pets. Best buy for any living around the Baylor campus with just about all amenities paid. more

I really enjoy living at the Outpost. The apartments are large and spacious. The office assistants and maintenance are friendly. The rent is super cheap and the location is extremely convenient. I also love the clubhouse and gym! I work out everyday so it keeps me motivated to only have to go a few doors down to the gym. The office is always giving free food and school supplies away. They also more

My friends lived in The View last year and recommended it to me. Overall I am pretyt hapy with living here. It has only been three weeks since move-in, but it's nice. The only problem is the internet. Besides that The View is a good place to live in especially because it is so cloase to campus. more

when my roommate and i first moved in to our 2 bed 1 bath apartment summer of 2014 we were very skeptical. Our apartment was definitely not move in ready. It was in unlivable conditions. Apartently the apartment manager had been let go around the time of us moving in because of not preformimg her job duties correctly. The new apartment manager (June 2014) addressed all of our issues, need and more

Pecan Ridge Apartments

2736 Lake Shore Dr, Waco, TX 76708

This place looks nice and updated on the "virtual tour". When I moved in, it was a huge disappointment. Kitchen: Old appliances (refrigerator has rust spots on the outside and the range has uneven electric elements causing a dangerous situation when cooking with oil in a frying pan) little counter space and the microwave fan blows air/odors back into your face above the range. more
