1300 Placid Circle, Waco, TX 76706

Luxe is a beautiful place in natural surroundings that have you feeling like you are out in the country or on vacation, when you are actually close to everything Waco has to offer. The grounds and entry are also gorgeous and well cared for. We are moving there next weekend and cannot wait. more

My first impression was the management. They have been nothing but courteous and attentive - and more importantly, this attitude did not change once the lease was signed. Maintenance has been extremely helpful. I once made an observation on the peephole in the front door being too high and he volunteered to install a new one and did it the very next day - it looks like it has always been there. more

Village Square Apartments

Great experience at this apartment complex overall. I came to Waco for what was supposed to only be a 3 month contract. I tried to live at Extended Stay America, but that place is absolutely awful. Found Village Square Apartments as a last minute alternative, and the staff was able to accommodate me in a 1 bedroom fully furnished apartment for under $1,000/month everything included. I had more

Abbey Glenn Apartments (formerly Waco Park Apartments)

I've had a great experience at Abbey Glenn thus far. The application and move-in process was easy, and the office staff is super friendly and helpful. I love that we have a fitness center in the complex so that I don't have to pay to join a gym. The pool/sand volleyball area is also really nice. The complex tends to be pretty quiet, which is perfect for my roommates and I as graduate more

I have only been here for 2 weeks and I already regret moving in. My new appliances which I am paying an extra $30 a month for were not installed as promised by my move in date, but I still had to pay the rent with the extra $30. I have put in a maintenance request for the same issue 3 times now and it still has not been fixed although the office staff has called to confirm my request 2 times. more

It's home for me and as I stated before , Ashton Oaks has the lowest Rent with all bills paid for this area. It is centrally located. The $$ you save , compared other rents in the vicinity , you could really renovate your whole apartment. There is a waiting list here more

I really enjoy living at the Outpost. The apartments are large and spacious. The office assistants and maintenance are friendly. The rent is super cheap and the location is extremely convenient. I also love the clubhouse and gym! I work out everyday so it keeps me motivated to only have to go a few doors down to the gym. The office is always giving free food and school supplies away. Woodhollow Apartments

When we moved into our 2/2 unit in November, we thought it was going to be great! And the unit itself is indeed wonderful. Big windows let in lots of light, wood panel looking laminate flooring, updated features all around. However, living on the ground floor is horrible. We hear our upstairs neighbors loud steps all the time and joke that elephants live there. They have 3 children under 10yo, more
