I have actually never written an online review, however this apartment complex is absolutely atrocious... When first going in to lease an apartment, the office staff are all so friendly and great at selling the dream of their complex. As soon as you're stuck in the lease everything changes and the office staff is very unprofessional. They are never around to answer the phones and you won't get responses if you attempt to contact them via email either. There is no where near enough parking for residents. All the gates say do not park within without the parking permit on your mirror, however they do not enforce this rule. If arrive home later than 9pm on a Friday or Saturday night, forget about parking anywhere inside the gates or even in front of the clubhouse, you'll be parking across the street at either the movie theatre or the local high school parking lot. Then to top it all off, even if you have your apartment professionally cleaned on your own after moving out (doing so is much cheaper than the apartment complex's inflated prices for these services) they will still claim after move out that something was not cleaned properly. Then 3 months later after not receiving any mail to your forwarding address, no emails, and no phone calls you will start getting calls from debt collectors saying that the apartment complex is charging you over $300 because you left a dirty stove. Absolutely unacceptable on so many levels...from the unprofessionalism of the office staff, the lack of promptness of the maintenance crew, and the outrageous charges you will receive at the end of your lease even though everything was professionally cleaned. I will be sure to tell everyone I know searching for an apartment to avoid these at all cost!!
