Sparks II Apartments

999 East 450 North, Provo, UT 84606

04/17/15 by McKenna Snell:
Awesome place! Most apartments have been recently renovated so it's a great deal for the apartment that you are getting. Management is always on top of everything and the club house, pool, and hot tub create a very social atmosphere. more

Cinnamon Tree Apartments

Pros: management, pool, free parking, good neighborhood, great price, maintenance is quick and helpful, the ward is fantastic, and there's lots to do Cons: some are better, but my apartment is quite old. The kitchen is tiny. more

Old Mill Apartments

Old Mill is terrible. I lived in two different apartments there under two different managers and they were absolutely awful. The managers never came and fixed our heating or our broken faucet, and were downright cruel when it came to having service animals, which is REQUIRED BY LAW to accommodate for. Needless to say they didn't allow them at all. Parking was horrendous; there was never more

Moon Apartments

680 N 300 E, Provo, UT 84606

The only thing good about this apartment is the location. Other than that they are old, small, and way over priced. My room had only one desk for two people. Our dishwasher was broken for 3 months and leaked water onto the floor, everything looks 30+ years old, and they keep half of the 500 dollar deposit ($250) no matter what. why on earth would they need 1000 dollars from each apartment! The more

Campus Plaza Apartments

669 E 800 N, Provo, UT 84606

Other than Dennis, the so-called "management" is a joke. Internet was out for a few days, and a call to the ISP told me that they were doing maintenance, they had told the management, but they had no idea. This is just one example. Hidden fees are not uncommon, including a recent switch to a new payment method resulting in a $12 charge unless I was using an e-check. I was simply told more

Do you love inattentive managers and rude office staff? How about having to check on maintenance requests every day, because they some how "get erased"? Do you love being overcharged for things that weren't even for your apartment? How about finding out 12 hours before that you have to pick up every thing in your apartment for the carpet cleaners to come? How about the internet just more

I'm going to be short and simple. It's dirty, it's loud, the parking enforcement is a joke, the parking itself is a joke, 6 people and 1 bathroom, and it's expensive. I would recommend ANYTHING before living here. Don't live here, it's a money pit waiting to happen. more

Lookout Pointe Apartments

I love it here. Great management, great parking. Private and secluded. Lots of stairs. But they are kept up. The laundry room is nice. The pool is beautiful. They do a great job on the grounds. Big beautiful old trees. There are some disrespectful tenants that don't clean up after their pets. The trailhead to the Y is right here. Great for dogs. I am pleased. more

Stonecrest at Timpanogos

455 N 400 W, Provo, UT 84604

This place is okay, small apartment meant for only 1 or 2 people at a time. Tiny kitchen with little counter space. Maintenance was pretty slow, had issues with electrical (couldn't run the washer, TV, lights, and computer at the same time without the power going out) and they wouldn't fix it due to the legal issues they were having with the contractors. Ceiling was leaking and they also more

The Colony

401 N 750 E, Provo, UT 84606

12/19/14 by westen.archibald:
I would never encourage someone to live here. The Colony is very over-priced. I pay $335 a month for a six man apartment. My room is about 10 ft by 10 ft but I still pay the same amount as my roommates with much larger rooms. The internet is really awful and only works about half the time, they always tell us they are going to fix it but they never do. . The office is always looking for ways to more
