Pros: management, pool, free parking, good neighborhood, great price, maintenance is quick and helpful, the ward is fantastic, and there's lots to do Cons: some are better, but my apartment is quite old. The kitchen is tiny. more

Terrible management. Justin, the previous manager, was fantastic. "You scratch my back, I scratch yours" - tenants cause no trouble and Justin did no bitching. The new manager is a total change of pace. Have a question for her? Well, your answer is "Because I said so." I'm a grown adult, not a child. Soooo glad to be out of there. I wouldn't recommend King Henry to anyone. First of all, its far away from BYU campus so if you are a student it's a major pain. 40$ for a parking pass when you can barely find parking anyways, and if you can you have about 4 inches to open your car door. So if you bring a car it will definitely get scratched and they will not hesitate to tow you if you are slightly over the line more

Old Mill is terrible. I lived in two different apartments there under two different managers and they were absolutely awful. The managers never came and fixed our heating or our broken faucet, and were downright cruel when it came to having service animals, which is REQUIRED BY LAW to accommodate for. Needless to say they didn't allow them at all. Parking was horrendous; there was never more

Other than Dennis, the so-called "management" is a joke. Internet was out for a few days, and a call to the ISP told me that they were doing maintenance, they had told the management, but they had no idea. This is just one example. Hidden fees are not uncommon, including a recent switch to a new payment method resulting in a $12 charge unless I was using an e-check. I was simply told more

I've really liked Southridge. It's a fun ward and lots of good people here. I've had a few issues with the apartment, but the maintenance guy has taken care of anything that has concerned me. I'm very happy with my choice. more

It's a nice place to live, but if you ever need maintenance or the managers, good luck! The managers live on site but are rarely here to do anything. It took me three months submitting maintenance requests and knocking on their door to get my toilet fit. Another month to get my lights fix, and two months in the fall to get the heater working. It seems like everything is broken and the water more

I lived at Centennial for a year and didn't enjoy my stay there at all. First when I moved in they had big bugs (carpet beetles) in the apartments which anyone can see by naked eye on the carpet. I had to stay at a friend's place for a week before they could give me another unit. Before you move in they act nice with you but once you have moved in they don't give a ----. I am in more

I would never encourage someone to live here. The Colony is very over-priced. I pay $335 a month for a six man apartment. My room is about 10 ft by 10 ft but I still pay the same amount as my roommates with much larger rooms. The internet is really awful and only works about half the time, they always tell us they are going to fix it but they never do. . The office is always looking for ways to more
