I have lived in a lot of dumpy apartments in my college career; Miller was by far the worst. Every day that I spent there I felt like a little part of me died. In the first week the A/C unit broke, the water heater broke, and the front doorknob fell off. Maintenance was a joke, they have one handyman that they employ to fix everything, but since he is not a professional really critical things like the broken water heater will just stay broken... maybe forever. The management is unresponsive and unorganized. Three times they told me that I hadn't paid my rent because they couldn't figure out how to keep good records of who had paid. If being miserable is your main objective, then Miller is a great choice for you, otherwise stay far far away!
