Maybe a wee bit on the casual side, but the L-shaped "boy apartment"/ "girl apartment" set up and huge rec room with foosball makes it easy to get to know your neighbors and ward members. Parking is more or less available, especially because you can sneak onto the parking lot at the public library during daylight hours. Speaking of which, it's nice to be right next to a fun library, as well as walking distance from BYU campus and right in the heart of the South of Campus Partyland.
But, yes, it's not the top of lot in terms of the rooms themselves, which are small, as are the bathrooms. Plus side is that the sinks are outside of the bathrooms, which means up to four people can be getting ready at once. With usually four or five people in a unit, that's not too bad. The kitchens, also, are small, as is food storage space. Count on going shopping every week. The furniture is probably from the Clinton Administration, except the really beautiful Catholic School-style fold-down desks/ drawers, which are a classy way of dealing with how tiny the bedrooms are. I'd go with a private room and you'd probably be pretty comfy.
In short: if you like hanging out with very social cheap people more than lounging in upper-middle class splendor...it's Miller time.
