I've been here a short time, but I do recommend living here. I've moved a lot for the military and my current job, so I have a large apartment sample size to compare from. I recently moved from downtown SLC to Cobble Creek. The downtown building was almost twice as expensive and built within the last 5 years. Here are the differences: 1. Customer Service: A vast improvement. When more

Eagles Landing Apartments

I lived at Eagles Landing for a few years and always had pleasant experiences. The maintenance staff always fixed issues promptly and in a professional manner. I had the same experience with the office staff. My neighbors were pretty awesome as well. I never had issues with noise. Definitely the place to rent! more

Sunset Towers

40 South 900 East, Salt Lake City, UT 84102

This building is called Hightower Apartments now and the absolutely best customer service in property management. More than half the building is remodeled and completely efficient for urban apartment style living - everything is brand new, clean, and makes sense. We contacted the property manager Selma Saran and she immediately got in touch with us right away. She didn't delay one email or more

City Park (formerly Lexington Square Apartments)

780 North 900 West, Salt Lake City, UT 84116

There are no words to express how horrible this place is. Worst year of my life. we only stayed there because we had a contract and didn't want to look bad for finding rentals in the future. BEDBUGS were the nightmare for me!! The roaches and mice were bad. But with Bedbugs you have to wash everything in your apt. every time they spray. I think the exterminator used water to spay on them. more

The Covey

239 East South Temple, Salt Lake City, UT 84111

My entire floor had a major Bed Bug and cockroach problem. You could actually see the cockroaches on the sidewalk at night outside. The bedbugs were 200 bites a night sometimes. Management unsympathetic and unresponsive. Laundry room was disgusting, maintenance was a joke. Worst apartment ever lived in. more

We have enjoyed living at Foxpoint. The grounds have been kept up nice and it is very enjoyable to have a pond to enjoy with various wildlife and vegetation to enhance the environment. We've enjoy our time in Foxpoint. It's not perfect but a lot better than most places. more

Providence Place Apartments

309 East 100 South, Salt Lake City, UT 84101

I have lived at the complex for 2 years now. Let me first start by saying I love the location and the complex is a nice place to live. But above all the leasing manager is horrible to work with. She makes most residents not want to live there, simply because of her. Never in my life have I dealt with a leasing office manager more difficult and rude than herself. She has an attitude about her and more

Cottonwood Apartments

4705 South 900 East, Salt Lake City, UT 84117

05/13/15 by Verified Resident:
I've only been in the community a few days. The office staff of Cottonwood is amazing, very helpful in answering any questions, and incredibly friendly. We ultimately chose the apartment based off of how clean and nice it was and the view that the particular apartment had. The apartment is a little old, and could look updated with hard wood floors or new carpet, and hardware on the bathroom more

360 South 200 West, Salt Lake City, UT 84101

Noisy - homeless, drunks, traffic, etc. Smells - if you love Indian food and the smell 24/7, this is your place. Parking - zero since there are more decals given out than spaces. Fees - disregard their statements, they nail you at exiting. Staff - was great until Heather left, constant turnover since. more
