I have lived here now for just over a year. I just barely had my first inspection last month. I heard all of the horror stories about how management uses a white glove and checks your microwave so I made sure to watch them as they went through my home. Well, I didn't see any white glove, they did look up at the fan blades but didn't see anything because I had cleaned them. Next they went into my kitchen and didn't even open my microwave. I really don't know where all of these stories come from. I even heard from someone after being inspected this last time that they lifted up her carpet. They did nothing even close to that in my place! She did tell me I needed to pull some of the stuff out of my freezer. I asked why and she told me that if I pack food all the way to the back, it will make my fan go out. Makes sense. Honestly, I didn't think it was that bad. It is inconvenient, but this is the nicest place in town to rent by far especially for the money. The inspection was the first time I had met Becky and she said nothing mean to me. When they were going to leave, she said thank you to me for keeping my place nice! I was a little shocked, thought for sure I'd get in trouble for my kids leaving toys on the floor but she didn't say a word! In fact, she was talking to my daughter and was so nice to her! People around here seem a little dramatic, I am definitely not going to believe all of these horror stories anymore!
