The apartment building has large units relative to others in the area. They are relatively inexpensive compared to newer apartment buildings. The parking garage's lowest level accomodates large vehicles such as full size S. U. V.'s and pickup trucks.

Apartment floor plan and square footage is excellent. Rents are reasonable for the area. However, there are $200-250/month in utilities and extra fees for a 1 bedroom. Water, sewer and trash fees are about half and generally exceed electric and gas combined.

Good community to live in. Excellent and professional personnel. The maintenance team is also excellent. I will recommend this community to my friends. The apartments are great, cleaned and very affordable.

They have been through a lot of managers. Aside from the dog urine in the elevators from time to time, a nice place to live. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The mailroom ladies could be a little more friendly

My apartment is great. It is next to the pool and very spacious. The amenities offered are well kept. However, some residents don't respect the property by leaving trash and unwanted furniture in common areas. Other than that, I like living here.
