The apartment building has large units relative to others in the area. They are relatively inexpensive compared to newer apartment buildings. The parking garage's lowest level accomodates large vehicles such as full size S. U. V.'s and pickup trucks.

          Apartment floor plan and square footage is excellent. Rents are reasonable for the area. However, there are $200-250/month in utilities and extra fees for a 1 bedroom. Water, sewer and trash fees are about half and generally exceed electric and gas combined.
