I have lived here for approximately two years. Each year my rent has gone up at least one hundred dollars a month. Next year's monthly rent will be going up over one hundred dollars. I could handle that if it weren't for the fact that this formerly "all-inclusive utilities" apartment complex wasn't pulling a fast one on all of us. Without consulting the people who live here (because we all would have freaked out) Braddock Lee is no longer including water and sewage in our rent. We have a separate bill for that now. And instead of appropriately lowering the cost of rent for next year because they are now freed from the burden of that bill themselves, they jacked it up again in addition to requiring payment on this new bill. Rent will now be about $130 more a month. I imagine they are in the process of figuring out which other bills they can force us to pay while keeping the rent the same high rate for them to make a lot of money. How disgusting.
