The office staff shows signs of blatant racism towards -------. A member of the office staff refuses to speak in spanish even though she is fluent, and tells prospective residents to avoid a nearby area due to its high concentration of -------. They seem to favor ----------. On another note, the property managers are not completely forthcoming with information. When regarding the work orders, it takes the property managers days to respond to an email. The office does not have adequate staff to conduct routine business and the business center printer is always broken.

    I'm not sure you're posting under the correct community? If you are hearing such things in whatever leasing office you're visiting, I urge you to contact the proper authorities, because such statements would violate Fair Housing Laws. At Del Ray Central, one of our core values is transparency. We are forthcoming with our residents, prospects, and anyone else who comes through our doors. We respond to all emails in a timely fashion during business hours and urgent matters are addressed after business hours as well. Lastly, the business center printer is 100% operational.
