This place is bad. Very bad. The walls are thin enough to where I try to answer my neighbors phone every time it rings. The pictures on my wall shake when my upstairs neighbors walk. When the dogs bark, it echoes and amplifies to where all the dogs in the complex start. The management now is better than when I moved in, but there was a lot of room to go up from the previous management team. We were lied to about services offered, the gates function sporradicly at best, and car thefts are commonplace. Getting out of the complex onto Route 1 is not fun. The parking garage is a 2 way and you can´t get up or down when an SUV is coming in the opposite direction. Maintanance will come into your apartment to fix a problem that was reported in a differnt unit, not yours. It is over priced and although I love living near DC, I have hated living at the Reserve. With summer comming up, they´re going to be running "move-in specials". Check the fine print, leases are impossible to break and we got suckered into a 13 month lease. Do yourself a favor, do not move here.
