Overall what makes this place good is the affordability and amenities. The gym is fantastic and 24 hours. The pools are nice during the summer and they do have a basketball court and tennis courts as well as outdoor grills (which aren't great, but they work). The shuttles to the metro run regularly during normal rush hours, and it really isn't that far of a walk (10-15 min) if you miss them. You will pay 400-500 more if you live at King St or Braddock road and will get a smaller place.
