Luxury Apartments-but way overpriced
We lived at post corners for a year and we did like the amenities and luxuries they provide. We originally leased here because of the large size of our apartment(880 sqft for a 1 bedroom). Our apartment had crown molding, a fireplace, cermaic tile and marble flooring - nothing we really NEEDED but nice touches. The price was a little high but we figured it included a lot of features and the size was a lot larger than any other in the area. However, when it can time to renew, our rent was going to go up $210! I guess we must have leased under a special, but still that is a huge increase, especially when this area is already so expensive. Anyways, we just couldn't stand to pay over $1200 for a 1 bedroom apartment, so we decided to move next door to Woodway.(The apartments there are still luxury, but have much more reasonable rates).
Also, I really don't think it is worth it to pay a premium for a gated community. To me, it is more of a hassle and sometimes the gates don't even work. And I could NEVER find parking after 6pm.
Overall we did enjoy our stay, although it would have been nice to be able to afford to stay longer.Share This Review
