This complex, just like any kind of apartment living, has its pros and cons. I am in a three bedroom on the top level with vaulted ceilings - I like that a lot. The apartment is very spacious, and gives the appearance of being even larger with the layout. I could not be more pleased with that aspect. The appliances are upper grade for apartments, which is cool as well.
OK, the downers. Yep - the other posts are correct. The parking is a nightmare in the middle of the complex, and the visitor spaces don't even equal minimal. I am fortunate and live at the far end of the complex and don't have too much of a parking issue. BE WARNED!!! They are dead serious about towing. I have sat on my balcony and witness two towings in a matter of 20 minutes. POOF.
My biggest issue is the fact that the interior halls of my building have enough dirt on the siding to write your name in. We also have birds that s*** all over the place. A little powerwashing would make it look like a million bucks. It is a little tough to sell "luxury" apts with birdsh** all over the place.
Unfortunately Toll Brothers utilized every single square inch of the property for either buildings or paved throughways - there is precious little space for kids to play, which is a shame. From my ezperience, the population of the complex is very nice, courteous, with very little riff-raff.
One final good thing - it is a gated community where the gates always seem to work!
