All experiences have been the best. The administrative staff provides quick resolutions to all problems, the housekeeping and maintenance staff respond quickly and professionally. The grounds are lovely and well maintained.

Satisfactory apartment, I have lived in four apartments at Commons of McLean. Location of these apartments has always been good, as they are close to all major highways. Apartment repairs have continued to be completed fairly quickly.

I have had a wonderful experience. Sadat and Elizabeth are very professional and are available to assist me whenever I have an issue. The neighbors are very nice and the maintenance crew is very professional and friendly.

Very convenient location, the buildings give pleasant 70s vibes, and the administrators are extremely professional. The fact that kids can attend McLean High school is also a plus. Lastly, we feel safe.

Very nice place. Very quiet and we have metro and groceries very near so it helps to stay here. The staff office is very helpful understanding and polite at each stage of the process which made us to select the place and refer too others too.

Have been extremely satisfied overall during my tenure here. Very convinient to my kids school, Metro station, Stores and gas station. Elizabeth and Sadat's professionalism and friendly face make every visit to the office enjoyable. The maintenance team is very friendly with all interactions.

I have had a wonderful experience at the commons. Management is very responsive and the maintenance team is very timely and efficient. This is a nice quiet and safe community and I love the fact that the safeway is only steps away.

They have a Great maintenance staff who respond quickly amd get problems fixed as soon as possible. This is in addition to a very, helpful and friendly office staff. The grounds are well maintained and a safe and secure neighborhood.

I love this place. Very attentive maintenance staff that is quick as lightening to turn around and fix any issues that do arise. Great location, quiet neighborhood, peaceful people. Right next to Wegmans and Safeway. Love the layout of our 1 bedroom!

Overall Nice, but there are security cameras are in place. Washing machine setup in kitchen is something not a good idea - it's troublesome to connect water with kitchen tap and dried emits dust in kitchen.

I've moved in March of 2021 and these are my remarks so far: Staff is very friendly and responsive. Maintenance requests are acted on asap. Apartment is very spacious and quite. Prime location and safeway is right across the street.
