I absolutely loved this building when I moved in December 15, 2013. I loved the security set up, I loved the movie room and it's privacy for your guests, inside mail boxes, game room, and trade chutes. What I do not not like is the "Poor" custmer service with the exception of David Gatling. In a people orientated business there must be positive communication. I was promised that I may a single plumbing problem with my kitchen sink, try 4 times. It overflowed 4 times. I live on the 2nd floor and there are 20 floors. It caused some great frustration and inconvenience. I am still waiting for an apology and a solution.
I refuse to continue paying utilties that I dont use. I am out of the apartment 9 and 1/2 half hours every week day. I aaam scarcely home weekends. How does does that compute to 203.00? There must be a better way. I get an individual bill from the utility compnay so why I am paying utilities with my rent?
As a city employee I was offered a discount on my rent at the initial move in. I expected a continued disount when the rent increased. Once again it was not communicated how that procss worked. Customer service means everything to me!! I am not a robot. So where there if there is staff who works in a builiding with 184 units. there must be more communication with the tenants.
