Pointe at Stafford

300 Park Ridge Court, Stafford, VA 22554

Just moved in, seems like a nice place. Apartments show some wear/use, but it's super close to Quantico, and Teresa is awesome and really flexible to find you the right place. Apartments are pretty basic, 4 white walls and beige carpets kind of places. Not bad, just not a lot of character built in more

My experience is that I am new to the community and think that it is wonderful and a great place to live. I would definitely recommend this beautiful area and property to others. It is so nice to come home and relax. I love my home and I feel comfortable more

Park Ridge Townhomes

Thus far, my experience has been good. The only thing is that I've noticed an increase in bugs and I recently found a dead mouse in my home. The maintenance person said a cat probably brought it in, but I do not have a cat so I wonder if he checked to see if there was an entry point for the rodent. more

This is a great place to live. I have been here since April of 2014 and have been very satisfied. If I have ever had anything break the office staff has taken the information down and within an hour somebody from maintenance has been there. If I am not at home they have left a note saying that they have been in the apartment. It is signed and dated so you have all the information you need. They more

This is a good place to live, I honestly can't say anything bad about my experience living here, its nice to sit on more

I lived here for almost 6 years and have yet to experience any problem with anything. The management staff are friendly and helpful when needed. When I need to have something fix within my apartment, maintenance staff come within a reasonable time. The apartment is spacious enough for my family and dog. We do not have a designate parking space which I love the most because I can park anywhere. The more

Villages of Aquia

76 Red Maple Court, Stafford, VA 22554

----- is awesome! She always keeps the lines of communication open! The units are a little pricey for the size, but I am told that is because we are so close to the freeway, main routes and shopping. There were some problems with the maintenance when we first moved in, but we have seen great improvements! more

Crescent Pointe

100 Malvern Hill Court, Stafford, VA 22554

I have lived in Crescent Point for the last 3 years. Since the switch of the management company, the neighborhood is cleaner, more kid-friendly, the maintenance request are filled quicker, and the staff is actually friendlier. It has not always been this way, and I appreciate the changes. The cost of living there is reasonable considering the area, and very convenient. The only thing I wish is more

Moving Out: Document every service request and the apartment's cleanliness upon moving out. They WILL charge you for anything they can. I knew two couples that move out before me. I personally steam cleaned and shampooed their carpets with an industrial vacuum... they were charged 900 (Hamilton) and 840 (Jefferson) to have their carpets replaced. Also be sure to give them 60 days notice that more
