Not worth it at any price
These apartments are over-priced when compared with complexes nearby. The buildings are over 20 years old and show it. They are not energy efficient and you can expect your energy bill to be about 50% higher than it would be in a newer complex. Management is non-existant. Many problems are only dealt with after you threaten legal action. Don´t expect any help from Tecton(the parent mangement company)either, they are are as unresponsive to the residents as the managers, maybe more so. Mold and water damage is common and apparently they don´t know how to fix it (or don´t care). If you do move in, plan on doing most repairs yourself (I hope you´re handy with tools, you´ll need to be). Vehicle security also suffers. My car was vandalized by my next door neighbor and management´s response was "Your problem". Car prowling by resident teenagers is a serious problem. If you have a nice car, store it someplace else. In summary, look eleswhere. The rating numbers I have shown don´t begin to address the all the little annoyances that will be part of your daily life in these apartments, but I tried to give an honest grade. If I could, I would rate this complex at the bottom of every category. It just isn´t worth the effort to live there. There are many nice apartments in the same area as Panther Lake and I promise that you will be happier in one of them, than at Panther Lake. If you do decide to move here, try getting a job with Panther Lake, this way you´ll always get taken care of, nepotism is rampant here. Otherwise, avoid this place at all costs.Share This Review
