Overpriced and Dangerous
For the price these thieves charge here is what you get: -Neighbors who deal, sell, and do drugs -Your car broken into (I've lived here a year, and my car has been broken into 5 times) -A security service that will not respond -Dangerous areas for your children (my children were harassed by older kids constantly) -If you live on their so called Greenbelt, besides looking at sandbags you get to hear -people partying parked by the Green river nearly nightly. - Garbage containers blocking the roadways, broken glass on the walkways (great for small hands to get cut on) - Your "provided" parking space will be taken nightly by others (non-residents as well as residents) without enforcement. - Complaints will be routinely ignored by the management and the office - the workout equipment is always broken and never fixed, the pool can't be used half the time In short, I moved here thinking this would be a good place to live, near a school, near buses. But what I really moved into is a crime ridden, broken down place that more closely resembles living in a slum. Not safe for families, not safe for kids, not safe period. When my lease is up, I will no longer be living here, you should not either.12/13/2011
