I currently live @ Terrace Heights Apartments. When I first moved in I thought I was getting a good deal. I have live there a year this March 2003. I have a end apartment and its freezing cold. I have to turn my heat on all the time to warm up my place. Not to mention, I can hear my neighboor upstairs. The building must be built poorly. It sounds like there´s a trampeed going on. The doors on the closets are cheap, the windows are thin and tend to sweat a lot. Also, across the street live these hill billy people that own the whole block and then some. They have 3-4 ROOSTER,A PIG, CHICKENS. The Rooster start yapping around 3 am and don´t stop. Anytime they see light they ROOSTER ROOSTER all day long. I believe managment is aware of it. Then new manager is very professional, very nice. However, I have complained about the noise, my neighboors being blatantley disrespectful of me being downstairs. You also have to pay for the water, which is about 40-50 dollars depending on how many people live there. The roosters and poorly built apartment are enough for me to never live there again. Not to mention there are so many other apartments available for much cheaper. KEEP looking.
