This is your typical apartment living. In order to best utilize the living arrangements it is a good idea to get to know the people who live around you. An apartment complex can be a community and over the 6 1/2 years we lived here we have seen good and bad come and go. From managers to tenants it is up to you to decide how you want to interact with the people around you.
Management was almost always responsive to our needs. Although there was a lot of turn over, I feel that each of them brought something new/better to the property.
We got to know our neighbors, including the guy across the street with the roosters. He has roosters and chickens so that he can make extra money selling the eggs! Yeah the roosters can be a little annoying at 5 a.m., but for me it gave a little sense of country to the place.
Schools are close, which is great. Both of my daughters were able to come and go visiting friends from school because of the central location. And talk about easy access to the things you need to get. Grocery stores, banks, restaurants in Lynnwood, without actually being in the middle of the traffic mess!
If you are a pro-active renter, you will like this place. Covered parking- for free!, storage unit for a reasonable cost, cabana to enjoy in the summer along with the pool. The only reason we are moving is for more square footage - more kitchen and living room space.
