Don't let the smiles in the office fool you. You are a number here, at least with current management. Management changes frequently and the current management does not go out of its' way to help you. Follow-up is poor and the attitude seems to be focused on how they CAN'T help you. This has not always been the case, but it is now. Rent cannot be paid at the site, you must mail it to a corporate office. <br><br>And break-ins- in the time I've lived here, my car (a Honda) has been broken into 5 times. I do feel safe here, but have had to replace car windows and stereos way too many times. Each time the police have told me that there's not much they can do. <br><br>On the positive side? The apartments have full sized washers and dryers, storage space, fireplaces and covered parking. Additional storage space is available. The cabana has a gym, a tanning room, a large TV and kitchen that can be used for parties. Overall the good has outweighed the bad. Caring management would make a large difference.
