There were several car break-ins while I lived there. There was also quite a bit of drug use in the corners of the property--right out side of the doors & windows of the apartment. There was insufficient notice when the buildings were being repainted, and in once instance, there was not only no notice that my building was being painted, but I was awakened from a nap to a painter on my 2-nd story porch. Once I moved out, the inspection was short, because the apartment was immaculate. The checklist had to be sent to the corporate office for them to assess the charges, and when they did, they had added to the check-list nearly everything that they ended up charging me. Small claims court agreed with me and they have to refund me the money that they charged. Other than a crappy move-out experience, living there wasn't that bad with a few exceptions: apartment managers are hardly ever there for any extended period of time, there was constantly new managers. Maintance had to be repeated a couple times, after the work orders had to be re-written a couple times. And while asthetically hideous, the red/yellow/green paint is shouldn't deter you from a nice, slightly over-priced apartment.
