good luck
1) Rules are very subjective; no pets over 25 lbs. My neighbor had a pit bull MIX that was well over 25 lbs and was not a "service dog". 2) Parking ridiculous 3) Stray cats; males sprayed my table cloth frequently. 4) Thin walls; could hear my neighbor urinating in the bathroom each morning 5) Office staff rude to say the least and managementy rarely, in my opinion, walked/drove around the complex to see what was going on. 6) Move out bills are OUTRAGEOUS. I was fortunate enough to have moved out on the exact day as my neighbor, so we went to each other's walk thru's; and 2 weeks later were comparing our move out bills. Alderra seems to pull figures out of their asses as to what they want to charge everyone. I am currently in the process of contacting other neighbors I knew so that we can consult with an attorney regarding unfair charges. **IF you are a former tenant and would like to be a part of this, please email me at onegr8fmly@msn.com** 7) BE WARY OF YOUR MOVE OUT CHARGES and don't feel as though just because they say you owe, you do. There are many laws to protect against complex's that try and have their past tenants pay for their own property improvements. 8) BE VERY CLEAR ON YOUR MOVE IN INSPECTION SHEET, NOTE EVERYTHING AND AGAIN AT MOVE OUT, TAKE PICTURES. 9) Do not be intimidated into feeling as though you have to agree and pay all that you are charged. It is your right to disagree and with proper documentation and proper delivery of your disputed amounts, you may not be obligated to pay the usurious charges. **AS EVERY SITUATION IS DIFFERENT, DON'T ASSUME YOU CAN REDUCE CHARGES AND NOT HAVE REPERCUSSIONS. YOU MUST SPEAK TO AN ATTORNEY AND MAKE SURE ALL CORRESPONDENCE IS IN WRITING. 10) Bottom line, there are so many places to rent in Puyallup, look elsewhere.Share This Review
