Sidney is a wonderful building in a very convenient location. I lived here for four and a half years and I only left because I was relocating to another city, where unfortunately they are not located. Sara and Brad were always very friendly, helpful, and responsive in the office. Aaron, who works maintenance, is also very nice and on the few occasions when I had maintenance requests they were more

Overall good experience is good. I like the area and the quality of the apartment. I feel parking is a little overpriced for the cramped garage. Other then that I have no complaints and am satisfied with everything provided. I would like to stay here. more

Iā??m just a prospective tenant, so this is based on my tour. I landed on Westhaven because Iā??m trying to get close to downtown and not have to pay and arm and a leg, plus itā??s close to the water and downtown area of West Seattle. Anyway, I came into the office and we went over the availability and pricing, good and good. Nothing available right now, but Iā??m a month down the road, so more

After viewing over 30 apartments in Seattle, the Nolo was a clear choice. The on-site staff was very friendly and responsive to meeting my move-in date. The leasing agent was able to coordinate with maintenance to get me into my new place on the date that I needed, which was earlier than originally expected. The amenities, views, and value are great! more

While the Charbern is not the absolute worst place I've ever lived, I highly recommend looking elsewhere. While management is seemingly helpful on the day of your lease signing, they do not remain so through your time living in the building. We were without a maintenance worker for a number of months, and while I was repeatedly told to "submit maintenance requests" for things that more

The manager Jay has been nothing but great since day one. Any issues I had he addressed them right away and his maintenence guy Mile was quick to get repairs done. The leasing consultant Jocelyn was great as well. Overall they make a great team and they truly care about their residents and take their jobs seriously. more

Nicest managers EVER I lived in about 9 different apartments in Seattle and by far, the malloy apartments gave me the most well rounded experience. The wood floors are easy to clean and management always keeps everything running. One thing I had to complain is the trash truck that comes at 7 am in the morning but who gets up after that anyways right? I love Cathy and Jack, they are the sweetest more

The Property used to have great community events. Gone. The building has extremely little security and I had my bike stolen from the "secure garage". the internet speed can get very slow at night. Bums will wake you up some nights and sirens going down fourth every night. more

I have lived here for a few years. The location is very convenient, very close to bus stops, Seattle center, beautiful Olympic sculpture park and grocery stores (QFC, Safeway, Metropolitan Market, Bartell Drugs, Rite Aid etc). You can either take various bus routes to go to downtown (~ 5 stops) or you can walk there. I like it's close to downtown but it's not too close (since that will more

I have lived at the Luxe for about 6 years now and have enjoyed being part of this lovely and welcoming community. Waking up every morning to the astounding views of the celestial trees surrounding the building is only one of the many perks of living here. I have no car and the bus stops right in front of the building ... I can easily get downtown, do grocery shopping or arrive at any more
