Sidney Apartments

400 Wall Street, Seattle, WA 98121

09/25/14 by kknaus01: I lived at the Sidney from August 2013-2014 and I had such a great experience. Brad and Sara are some of the most genuine and accommodating people I have ever met. I was always well taken care of by them and Aaron (the onsite maintenance). My apartment was a courtyard facing one bedroom, with plenty of storage and good appliances and W/D. A perk of my apartment being a courtyard corner unit, more

The Corydon

5101 25th Avenue Northeast, Seattle, WA 98105

10/09/14 by Verified Resident: This is a lovely place to live. The management is responsive and courteous, the maintenance staff is here 7 days a week and service requests are frequently completed within a few hours of submitting a ticket. Yes, this place is very close to Husky Stadium, U-Village Mall, and the UofW, so traffic control and road closures can pop up but it's both a pro and a con. The traffic and occasional droves more

Charbern Apartments

1705 Belmont Avenue, Seattle, WA 98122

09/24/14 by melissa_king: The Charbern Apartments was built in 1926 and they managed to keep up the building while maintaining its vintage aesthetic. My studio apartment is spacious (500 sq. ft) with a separate dining and kitchen from the living/sleeping area. The management and maintenance staff is quick to respond with any service request. It is extremely convenient walking to Downtown and around Capitol HIll. more

The Nolo

520 Occidental Avenue South, Seattle, WA 98104

10/16/14 by Verified Resident: Nice apartments in bad part of town, wish decorations and design were less modern and stark. Hopefully the neighborhood will fill in with other grocery stores and restaurants beyond sports bars. Aside from being close to the stadiums, there is really no stand out feature to note. Amenities such as the gym and rooftop need to be open longer. more

Westhaven Apartment Homes

2201 Southwest Holden Street, Seattle, WA 98106

07/15/14 by anonymous: Iā??m just a prospective tenant, so this is based on my tour. I landed on Westhaven because Iā??m trying to get close to downtown and not have to pay and arm and a leg, plus itā??s close to the water and downtown area of West Seattle. Anyway, I came into the office and we went over the availability and pricing, good and good. Nothing available right now, but Iā??m a month down the road, so more

Hillcrest Apartments

7524 35th Ave Sw, Seattle, WA 98126

07/28/14 by anonymous: Hillcrest is in a great location. It is half way between a shopping center with Target, QFC, restaurants, Bed, Bath and Beyond, Pier One and downtown West Seattle. The bus stop is right out the front door of the complex and 15 minutes to downtown. Great for ball games!!! Our apartment has all the upgrades,(not too fancy mind you but good enough) excellent view but most of all it is quiet. more

The Station at Othello Park

4219 South Othello, Seattle, WA 98118

03/23/14 by anonymous: I am not sure why the previous reviews are so horrible- maybe management back in the day wasn't so good. I have lived here for several months now, and haven't had any issues as of yet. I plan on renewing my lease once it is up. The rooftop area is awesome, and hardly anyone ever uses it. There are 3 gas grills, a bunch of seating, a fire pit and a hot tub for use. more

Metropolitan Park Apartments

601 South Washington Street, Seattle, WA 98104

10/06/14 by rjswenson: The location and views from this apartment are especially spectacular. From the rooftop, which is currently closed for renovation, allows for a view of Smith tower, the stadiums, and the Sound. Unfortunately, some of the policies and actions of the staff here cause me to rate this location much lower. One example is rent, which if a day late must be re-delivered in the form of certified funds more

Altamira Apartments

4540 42nd Avenue Southwest, Seattle, WA 98116

03/13/14 by anonymous: We have lived at Altamira for the better part of 4 years and have loved living here. The management and maintenance team have always been helpful and responsive to any request we have had. The facilities are clean and well kept. more

2900 on First

2900 First Avenue, Seattle, WA 98121

09/22/14 by anonymous: Apartment complex has been very good transition for me up to Seattle. My tower has completed construction and is in well working order. Maintenance requests are fulfilled quickly and all questions are answered very quickly. The construction on the outdoor area is annoying but *should* be completed soon. more
