The location and views from this apartment are especially spectacular. From the rooftop, which is currently closed for renovation, allows for a view of Smith tower, the stadiums, and the Sound. Unfortunately, some of the policies and actions of the staff here cause me to rate this location much lower. One example is rent, which if a day late must be re-delivered in the form of certified funds more

This is a great place to live. The actual complex has a fantastic staff (Angela, Ernie, Mercedes, and Nick) who take care of your every need and keep the place looking nice. I don't have any complaints about the staff at all. They are fantastic! The neighborhood can get a little dicey, but mostly at night. I haven't had any problems except for the occasional homeless person asking more

Years back ('bout 3), I looked at reviews of various offerings in the West Seattle area. I immediately recognized the bad apples (as in ex-tenants) by the extremes of their expectations and depths of their disappointments. Few glowing endorsements were to be found, but reasoned and balanced reviews were available. I hope to be among them in this review. Cost: Well this isn't offered more

The neighborhood is great. Access to groceries, banks, restaurants, bars and activities right outside your door. All three of the rooftop decks are beautiful. The apartments are nice and have energy efficient appliances. The 1st Ave side has a lot of street noise (busses, trucks, drunken revelers and drug-addled transients). The Seattle Center side gets a lot of festival and event noise. more

I can't believe this happened at this property. I thought this apartment was one of the nicest ones around the Northgate mall, and that's why I went to check it out. I tried to call the leasing office at the entrance, but no one answered it. When a resident(a nice old lady) walked out form the apartment, we told her we are trying to reach the leasing office, and it was quite windy more

Tenant beware: you may be scammed if you move in to Fountain Court. While the complex offers a fair value for Belltown, the management staff will try to defraud you. A month before my lease was due to expire, I visited the leasing office on three separate occasions to inform the staff of my intention to move out, and inquire about necessary actions. Not one of the three leasing agents -- more

I have lived at the Ben Lomond for almost 3 years. The resident manager, Lou, is so amazing that I actually followed him here from another property. He is genuinely invested in restoring the building to it's former glory as well as creating a community. In a 100 year old building, there is constant upkeep, yet Lou and the building's owner work tirelessly to keep it both functioning and more

Management & Maintenance: The manager, Eric G., was excellent. Always friendly, patient, and professional. Maintenance problems were taken care of quickly (I even had to have a refrigerator replaced, and they managed to get it done within a few hours of submitting a request!). The maintenance guy, Alex(?), was also really great. I'd be lucky to find such awesome people again! Apartment & more

This survey is being filled out by residents who haven't lived here but a week. That is how there are so many reviews on a new community! The apartments look great, but you can hear the elevator from down the hallway and in the apartment. There are two sets of them, so you have to gamble on which one is faster. On weekends they allow 2 of the 4 elevators to be used for move in. There are 200 plus more

Just moved in, but the apartment is nicely laid out, good view, great staff. Work very close by so it is very convenient for me. Been a long time since I have rented an apartment, but this seems to be pretty top notch at this point. Parking could be an issue if management decides to keep making it available as a public pay lot. more
