Metropolitan Park Apartments

601 South Washington Street, Seattle, WA 98104

10/06/14 by rjswenson:
The location and views from this apartment are especially spectacular. From the rooftop, which is currently closed for renovation, allows for a view of Smith tower, the stadiums, and the Sound. Unfortunately, some of the policies and actions of the staff here cause me to rate this location much lower. One example is rent, which if a day late must be re-delivered in the form of certified funds more

Quintessa Apartments

201 Yesler Way, Seattle, WA 98104

This is a great place to live. The actual complex has a fantastic staff (Angela, Ernie, Mercedes, and Nick) who take care of your every need and keep the place looking nice. I don't have any complaints about the staff at all. They are fantastic! The neighborhood can get a little dicey, but mostly at night. I haven't had any problems except for the occasional homeless person asking more

Somerset West

I mean everything written here is pretty true. I'm in the process of moving here with my boyfriend who has been here for over a year. We don't have any issues with children running around, we have never had pest issues. The laundry is dumb but it's not the worst system I've ever seen (Plus there's a laundry place right across the street near Goodwill where you can get 3 more

Luxe at Meridian (formerly Lexington Manor)

10306 Meridian Avenue North, Seattle, WA 98133

Very bad maintenance. I've got huge $200 electric bill here for 1 bedroom apartment. My water boiler was leaking for 6 months. Very cold building. very wet. more

The Overlook at Westridge (formerly Kenyon Ridge Apartments)

600 South West Kenyon Street, Seattle, WA 98106

01/02/15 by Sean Moran:
Years back ('bout 3), I looked at reviews of various offerings in the West Seattle area. I immediately recognized the bad apples (as in ex-tenants) by the extremes of their expectations and depths of their disappointments. Few glowing endorsements were to be found, but reasoned and balanced reviews were available. I hope to be among them in this review. Cost: Well this isn't offered more

120 Republican Street, Seattle, WA 98109

07/09/14 by Verified Resident:
The neighborhood is great. Access to groceries, banks, restaurants, bars and activities right outside your door. All three of the rooftop decks are beautiful. The apartments are nice and have energy efficient appliances. The 1st Ave side has a lot of street noise (busses, trucks, drunken revelers and drug-addled transients). The Seattle Center side gets a lot of festival and event noise. more

507 Northgate Apartments

507 NE Northgate Way, Seattle, WA 98125

02/22/15 by how---an:
I can't believe this happened at this property. I thought this apartment was one of the nicest ones around the Northgate mall, and that's why I went to check it out. I tried to call the leasing office at the entrance, but no one answered it. When a resident(a nice old lady) walked out form the apartment, we told her we are trying to reach the leasing office, and it was quite windy more

Fountain Court Apartments

2400 4th Avenue, Seattle, WA 98121

09/21/14 by belltowntenant2014:
Tenant beware: you may be scammed if you move in to Fountain Court. While the complex offers a fair value for Belltown, the management staff will try to defraud you. A month before my lease was due to expire, I visited the leasing office on three separate occasions to inform the staff of my intention to move out, and inquire about necessary actions. Not one of the three leasing agents -- more

Ben Lomond

1027 Bellevue Court, Seattle, WA 98122

10/08/14 by anonymous:
I have lived at the Ben Lomond for almost 3 years. The resident manager, Lou, is so amazing that I actually followed him here from another property. He is genuinely invested in restoring the building to it's former glory as well as creating a community. In a 100 year old building, there is constant upkeep, yet Lou and the building's owner work tirelessly to keep it both functioning and more

Concept One Apartments

2219 2nd Ave # 100, Seattle, WA 98121

05/29/15 by paulwirkus:
My wife and I have lived here since 2009. Even though we live in a studio, it is HUGE compared to everything else I have looked at (600+ sq ft). There is a long hallway, four spacious closets, a full sized kitchen with dishwasher and four countertops, a gas fireplace (gas included in the rent and sufficient enough to heat the unit in winter!) and a washer/dryer in the unit. Rent is below market more
