Illumina Lake Union Apartments

219 E Garfield Street, Seattle, WA 98102

09/23/14 by anonymous:
I did a short-term rental at Illumina over the summer. I really enjoyed living there. By far the highlights were the location and neighborhood and the friendliness and professionalism of the on-site staff. Regarding the latter, they greeted me with a smile (learned my face and name very quickly) whenever I passed through the lobby, and I saw them do the same thing for other residents. They were more

Charbern Apartments

1705 Belmont Avenue, Seattle, WA 98122

01/30/15 by albinothug:
I've got a studio with a beautiful view, hardwood floors, a huge closet, and rent is extremely affordable for the area. The one downside is that the location is sort of in the sketchy part of Capitol Hill -- a previous tenant got mugged right outside the front door by a few teenagers. But if affordability and proximity to the heart of Seattle are important to you, it'd be hard to beat more

Royvue Apartments

615 Bellevue Avenue East, Seattle, WA 98102

01/07/15 by anonymous:
For us, living at The RoyVue the last four years have been fantastic. If we could have stayed we would have, but our move was forced due to employment relocation. After reading the 2 most recent reviews we were confused by the negative opinions of the on-site manager, Rob Merwin, because our experience with him was nothing but positive. All maintenance requests were handled professionally and on more

Westhaven Apartment Homes

2201 Southwest Holden Street, Seattle, WA 98106

07/15/14 by anonymous:
Iā??m just a prospective tenant, so this is based on my tour. I landed on Westhaven because Iā??m trying to get close to downtown and not have to pay and arm and a leg, plus itā??s close to the water and downtown area of West Seattle. Anyway, I came into the office and we went over the availability and pricing, good and good. Nothing available right now, but Iā??m a month down the road, so more

11 West Crockett Street, Seattle, WA 98119

We love living here at the Towne on top of Queen Anne Hill. The community of office and maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful. The amenities (roof top deck, patio, indoor lounge and fitness room) are a great addition to living here. We are surrounded by restaurants, coffee shops, bars and boutique shopping. more

The Nolo

520 Occidental Avenue South, Seattle, WA 98104

It's a beautiful building that is constantly under construction. Prices continue to rise and they do little to accommodate for the many inconveniences. Surrounding area has improved with restaurants and other conveniences, but most have inconvenient hours. more

Brookstone Apartment Homes

3231 S 204th St, Seattle, WA 98198

I am a former tenant of Brookstone and have been trying to rent there again but they havent had anything available for some time. Their apartments are staying full which should tell you a lot. Maintenance is always taking care of the issues right away and office staff is friendly and professional. Over all, I am recommending this place to all. more

Really like this place. I love my neighbors and my neighborhood. Great improvement from Capital Hill. Staff has been nice and somewhat flexible. Biggest con for me is the no dog rule and utilities separate from rent . more

I just moved in on 1/9,so I'll post an update when I move out and let you know how that process went. If the rent doesn't skyrocket,I won't need to move! Lol. Anyways,so far so good. Great place, great amenities,my unit is actually pretty quiet which is amazing for being in the city. Staff is super nice. Other tenants are pretty friendly. more

Vali Hai

800 1st Avenue N., Seattle, WA 98109

03/15/14 by anonymous:
We have live in the ValiHai now for 3 years and have just upgraded to one of the spacious two bedroom units. We have a sensational view of the city scape along with great amenities such as an indoor pool that they just finished renovating. We also have a dry steam room. My wife loves the sunbathing area that overlooks Seattle. The rent price seems to be a good 15% or more below the average more
