I lived there 8 months ago and only stayed till the lease ran out. HE IS THE WORSE OWNER. As the others wrote, he does NOTHING. My son and I scrubbed mildew off of every wall the place was filty when we moved in and his excuse was the last tenant. I'm sure he charged the last tenant. I also know he ran his electity off of my apartment where he use to live. Things were always breaking more

The experience of living here was awful. The walls were so thin that you could hear normal volume conversations next door. Ventilation was so poor that I had to start showering exclusively at the gym, rather than deal with mold. The management is insane, especially Ridge (which is apparently short for "Rigid and Unyielding"). Rather than having a biannual walk-through, he would more

I stayed at this apartment building for 11 months. It's location is very nice and rent is cheap compared to other neighbouring rental properties. But the management sucks. They advertized that winter heat is free but heat is not working most of the times and management will not respond to your phones or emails. Even when heat is working it is very mild, hardly warm your apartment. They take more

On my move out I was charged excessively. I tried to follow up with Horizon Realty Advisors (corporate). I saw them listed and their bad ratings on yellowpages.com. I think I'll rate them there too.
I found a list of their other apartment communities on their webpage, hracommunities.com and looked some of them up on apartmentratings.com. Compared to some of the horror stories in the more

Management has consistently disappointed year after year. When tentants call to fix things in the apartments (leaky windows during rainy season, broken blinds, irresponsible dog owners, loud drunken conversations in alley, towing not enforced - people park all over the place) they say they'll take care of, and tenants have to keep hounding them for a follow through. They more

Let's start with the positive. The units are very spacious for the price, and appear nice on first glance. Being close to Broadway at least means that the building is convenient to stores, two supermarkets, bus routes, and Seattle Central Community College. The decor in the common areas is almost nice, if a bit chintzy.

Being so close to Broadway, Denny, more

This apartment complex is just the worst. The common areas are worn down and not upkept. The apartments are small with thin walls. This building was recently bought out by Reside Partners, which you would think is a good thing. Wrong. They charge for everything possible, including sewer, water, electricity, parking, etc. And to add salt to the wound, they recently more
