We've lived here for a year. When we moved in they said they'd fix our deck in two weeks. It's still not fixed, but another tenent's deck collapsed and injured people, so now they say they will finally fix them all. They can't fix anything. Our heat doesn't work either, and our fireplace chimney is too dirty to have a fire without smoking up the place. The repairman more

Over priced slum with good for nothing management... Take your $1,100 and go somewhere where they will provide for general maintenance, upkeep, and safety... Several thefts and non-stop maintenance issues. Good luck ever getting anyone to respond to any requests. Units old and outdated, not maintained at all. Mold a problem in most units. Parking, while "free," and more

It's a shame I have to give this place any stars at all. This is the worst place I've ever lived or even seen for that matter. I moved into my apartment here only 4 1/5 months ago and I'm already working with the Tenants Union and the Planning and Development Agency of Seattle to break my lease. I live in one of the basement apartments. My bedroom walls accumulate large amounts of more

Since I have lived here, I have had 4 apartment managers. All of whom never introduced themselves to me, just randomly showed up one day. They are flakey with their paperwork (I never could get a walk-through because they kept changing on me) and don't know anything about their own policies (I asked about sub-letting and they told me they didn't care as long as the rent got more

Don't bother. The rent was steep before they were bought out by Pinnacle who raised the rent as much as they could legally (and tried to raise it even higher). It's understaffed, hard to find someone in the office, and when they are in the office, your presence is an inconvenience. more

I see no one has written a review since "prominent Seattle attornrey" Gary E. and his scum bag, verbally and physical abusive managers Martin and Mike......there should be criminal and civil charges broke to king county court, not to mention building code department for code violations. True essence of Slum Lords. Ratings should be 0! except for neighborhood. more

I moved out about a year ago and haven't been sick since... the only thing I can attribute my horrible sinus issues to while living at the Villa Carmela is the horrible Mold issue. I loved the space, the owners where nice people I made good friends with the neighbors. None of those things can undo the horrific mold issue, I truly think this is a health issue and would have to more

West Hill

The West Hill apartment complex is unsanitary, unsafe, and poorly kept. I moved into this apartment building excited to live in the admiral district and be in close proximity to my place of employment. When moving in I found my living quarters unsanitary even though I had been promised a clean apartment upon arrival and payed a non-refundable cleaning fee. Upon move in, I suffered from more

Living here was great until a few monthes in when I realized how inefficiant the landlord was. None of the appliences were well kept, and the landlord never fixed them upon asking him to. The stove top knobs were completely rubbed off, and the toilet wasn't even firmly bolted to the ground. The noise level is pretty bad too. Not because the other tenants are loud, but because the more
