Be robbed, don't move in the apartment
Once I lived in the apartment, they increased the rent for three time. It is the NO. 1 expensive apartment in the Duarte area. Are they excellent because it is expensive? No,the apartment is alway under constructing since we moved in. They took a monthā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Bradbury Apartments; A great place to call home.
After living in the Bradbury (managed by Zindorf) apartment complex in First Hill, Seattle Washington, for one year... I must regrettably end my lease for a move to the east coast. In my one year at the Bradbury, I was treated like a family member,ā¦Ā See More >anonymous

The good, the bad, the ugly
Despite this place being expensive (the rent is $995 $70 comcast $8 garbage $20 - $40 water $60 - $80 electricity) it was charming. The location is amazing and I can see Elliot Bay from the kitchen.ā¦Ā See More >b00nd0g

horrible, horrible
This apartment is noisy, rundown, and poorly maintained. Management is largely unresponsive, the place often smells (bad air circulation and ventulation, old moldy rundown carpet) and the low rent seems to attract a bad element. Tenants with dogs (often 2-3 dogs in a single 1ā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Overpriced ------ craphole
Right in the heart of the social services district, bums regularily passed out in the hallways, high crime area at night, ZERO management response or concern regarding noise complaints involving music blaring until 5 or 6 am regularly, not to mention a lot of freewayā¦Ā See More >danelle205

Great place to live
I've lived in the Bradbury and Zindorf for almost six years. My one bedroom apartment in the Bradbury had a great view of the downtown sky line. Parking is fine as long as you have zone 7 (which is only like $30 forā¦Ā See More >solomonsx

Decent
Lived here for over a year. Prior management was okay. New management seems cool, but poorly organized. Work orders take a while to get filled: the water heater busted and flooded our closet. The neighbor's water heater busted upstairs, which damaged our ceiling. It tookā¦Ā See More >anonymous

The Bradbury and Zindorf
I rented from Pinnacle Realty (Zindorf and Bradbury) for 6 years and took on the cleaning of the buildings for several years. Over that time, I've seen the two buildings go from bad to good to bad again. The management can't take all the blame.ā¦Ā See More >drock77

This place has gone down hill! New management is terrible.
I have lived in these buildings for 4 years, and still do unfortunately. Rent for their one bedroom apt.'s is obsurd. In addition, you will pay an additonal $45-50 per month on water expenses. What? Water? You have toā¦Ā See More >Htherd

This is a fabulous place to live! I lived in a great 1 br apt for over three years. I moved to a different location and hated it. I had to move back to the Bradbury. Great price/location/mgmt!

Great place to live!!
I lived in the Bradbury for 5 years, and it was an all-around great place to live. The thing that really stood out about the property was the staff. Any maintenance issues I had were dealt with in a 24-hour time-frame. Theā¦Ā See More >Bradbury
