Pretty Good
The price is reasonable 2b/2b for 1099 with laundry The manager was very nice The parking is okay (some units maybe far away from their parkings)

Three years here - overall great experience
I lived in the 13433 building from 2008-2009, and in the 13315 building from 2009-2011. My boyfriend moved in with me so we needed more space. The fact I stayed within the complex should tell you I was pretty satisfied with my experience.ā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Noise pollution in epidemic proportions
The buildings are old and cheaply constructed (even for construction back in the day) and have little insulation and no soundproofing whatsoever. As a result every wall, ceiling, and floor acts as an amplifier and one can hear every conversation (music, online game, TV, kitchenā¦Ā See More >Miss66

Great staff, clean and beautiful
This place is the best deal in town! The grounds are pretty and the pool is nice too. Great maintenance and management!

Great place
Brentwood square is a good place to live. They recently changed managers and I think the staff is great. My boy friend and I moved because of the no dog policy. I am know that if they did allow dogs, we would have stayed.ā¦Ā See More >everwalker1134

WORST MANAGEMENT EVER
Don't live there All they want is to get as much money from you as possible They are rude They don't handle things well They are very selfishā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Please do not choose Brentwood Square
The halls are so smelly, I went to work smelling of this odor. As long as they have your money, they will let just about anyone live here.I am not an original American and many others like me here. Spend more and live somewhereā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Don't recommend it unless the female manager leaves
"This manager(she) enjoys being rude and condescending" quoted from one of the previous reviews. I totally agree on it. Here is our story: This old lady had broken in our apartment before our lease ended. She assumed that we'd moved out and changed the lockā¦Ā See More >jporolniczak

Despite the stinky hallways
I've read some of the reviews for this complex and it gets a bad rap. We lived there just past our 6 month lease and got our entire deposit back without complaint. The staff was never intentionally rude and tried their best. ā¦Ā See More >krystin1985

Good place to live
I've had a pretty decent experience living here. My biggest complaint - which is huge, but not the fault of the complex - is that it's very far from "civilization." What I mean by this is it's impossible to really feel like you're in theā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Good place for the price
I pay $795/month for a one bedroom. The management has been good about fixing any problems. The quickest way to get the problem fixed is to fill out a maintence request form. The parking is not ideal. You do get oneā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Rudest Management ever
This manager enjoys being rude and condescending, she appears to get off on it. Most of the units have no clothes washer or dryer. Laundry room closes at 10:00 PM. But - If you are in to kinky / swapping stuffā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Pretty good place
Despite the other reviews, this is a good complex. Nothing amazing, but they respond to maintenance requests, have pretty good laundry facilities and the one parking spot that comes with the unit is close to my apartment. It's not perfect, but it's better than mostā¦Ā See More >anonymous

RUDE MANAGEMENT
Unorganized office staff, saying things that contradict each other. As long as you pay your money, they will (probably) leave you alone. They require proof of regular salary, very stringent background checks. Signing up to live here was one of our worstā¦Ā See More >anonymous

It looks better than it really is!
Trust me...spend about $20-$30 more a month somewhere else on Greenwood Ave, there are a ton of buildings youd be better off in. The parking situation is a nightmare, one parking space assigned that was very often parked in, and was informed by office toā¦Ā See More >anonymous

NOISY NEIGHBOR & IGNORANT MANAGEMENT
DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. WE HAVE NOISY NEIGHBOR ISSUES GOING ON A COUPLE OF MONTHS AND MANAGEMENT DO NOT DO ANYTHING, JUST SAID, IT IS HOW IT IS IN AN APARTMENT. DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY IN AND RENT THIS APARTMENT. YOUā¦Ā See More >JBourrie

Management likes your money... too much...
This seems to be a regular story from previous tenants of Brentwood:

The carpet in our apartment was spotty when we moved in, and the manager walked through and took note of all of the stains (I watched her write them down). When we movedā¦Ā See More >Brentwood Square Apartments
