Stolen packages, car break-ins, and move-out fees
I would not recommend living in this apartment complex. It has been a nightmare for me (especially recently) and I regret signing the lease. They have great new tenant outreach, but are horrible otherwise. Here are some of the issues I faced during my stay:ā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Good apartment experience from beginning to end
I spent two years at the Olympus and have no complaints about my time there. - Location, location, location. Easy walking access to Queen Anne, Belltown, and downtown. Short bus ride to Capitol Hill or Ballard if you're into that sort of thing. ā¦Ā See More >mtomsheck

5 great years at the Olympus.
The floorplan for my apartment is spacious and comfortable. The beautiful view includes the Olympic Sculpture Garden, Puget Sound, and Olympic Mountains - don't under estimate what a view can do for your everyday happiness. The building is well maintained - public spaces areā¦Ā See More >1happySeattlegirl

Honest Opinion
I lived at the Olympus for a year and a half and feel that there are a lot of pros and cons to this apartment. The Pros: It is one of the nicer buildings in Belltown and it is situated far enough away from the heartā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Dont buy in to the Equal oportunity Housing bit, Homophobic Proporty Manager
When I originally moved in to the Olympus Apartments I bought into the whole life style. You enter into this grand lobby and meet with a smiley happy agent who does there song and dance convincing you this is the place to live. They sellā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Run Away!
To be fair, the property is very nice. The apartments are beautiful and some have incredible views. The concierge and maintenance staff are also very sweet and friendly. HOWEVER, and this is a big HOWEVER, I cannot in good faith recommend this place to anyone.ā¦Ā See More >anonymous

After a year and a bit, still love it
The bayside views are fantastic - Elliott Bay and the Olympic Mountains at sunset (or sunrise) do the heart good. The location is great - 15 minute walk to Pike Place Market and downtown, 5 minute walk to the Seattle Center, 10 minute walk toā¦Ā See More >kcopwa1

only positive things to say so far, It really feels like home. It took a few nights to get used to the train noise, but now it blends in. Top location, amazing views, execellent apartment, and helpful staff. We had a few minor maintenance issuesā¦Ā See More >FatherOmalley

An objective review of the Olympus from an experienced tenant...
I moved out of the Olympus earlier this year after an 18 month stay and would temper a few of the reviews made by others. First, I'd note that virtually ALL of the very positive reviews came from people who'd only lived at theā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Expensive and They Nickle and Dime You at Move Out
