Stay awayyyyyy!!!!!!
This was one of the worst places I have ever lived.

The management was virtually non-existent, unless of course they were rifling through my apartment while I was at work (this happened often.) I complained many times of a hot water heater that was leaking, and there often wasn´t even a maintenence person employed to fix anything anyway. They rent to anyone with a pulse and money- why they do a credit check is beyond me.

They tried to enforce things on the lease that were totally illegal- I found this out when I consulted the Tenant´s Union.

There were bullet holes in the back door to the building, strange people wandering through the halls and some of the noisiest and most inconsiderate neighbors I have ever known. The walls are paper thin, you can actually hear people in adjacent apartments urinating or having sex or playing their stereo at near full volume.

Yes, I have a lot of bad things to say about this place. I moved there from living in a dorm, where people made noise and were up crazy hours- so I am not a sensitive prude. I never had problems even in a noisy dorm like the ones I encountered at the Paul Revere.

There are many nicer places to rent on the Hill; save your money and aggravation and forget the Paul Revere.Share This Review
