Resident ā€¢ 2016 - 2019

5/27/2019

We lived in St. Florence from 2014 - 2016 and it was a good run, we just outgrew it. Rent went up a lot from initial move-in compared to what it was when we left - this year they did a hike-up at ourā€¦Ā See More >

It's been a few years but I just ran into an old neighbor and we reminisced about how terrible this place was, so here I am to spread the word! Rent seemed reasonable when I moved in, given the central neighborhood and the fact thatā€¦Ā See More >

Cheap and old, in a good location for those who walk.

Apartment manager was open to renting to us even though we had an odd situation, which was a positive, and he was very nice throughout the lease. However, everything in the place is ancient and we had problems requiring maintenance repair guys to frequent ourā€¦Ā See More >
