These people are con-artist who take advantage of vulnerable people
The West Hill apartment complex is unsanitary, unsafe, and poorly kept. I moved into this apartment building excited to live in the admiral district and be in close proximity to my place of employment. When moving in I found my living quarters unsanitary even though I had been promised a clean apartment upon arrival and payed a non-refundable cleaning fee. Upon move in, I suffered from an uncontrollable flea infestation that even frontline on my pet and multiple flea bombs couldn't render. Not to mention the property management does not fix anything in a timely manner. I filled out 5 different work orders putting them in the instructed box and waited over 4 months before maintenance, without notifying me, entered my apartment and made needed repairs. I had the American Lung Association come and do a home assessment in my apartment and they found the air quality to be extremely dangerous to my health explaining the unusual respiratory illness I had developed since living in the building. Upon talking with other tenant I heard that many people within the building had black mold growing on their walls and were told by management to take care of the problem themselves. After moving out the property management company(Metropolitan Management) is demanding me to pay them a ridiculous amount of money for "damages" even though I left the apartment in much better condition then when I moved in.Share This Review
