I actually live at another apartment complex within the same company and was referred here by them because it is closer to my work and I am separating from my roommate. The apartments are HUGE! and new. They are right across the street from the grocery store which is really convenient. They don't have any amenities but I honestly don't have time to use them anyways. I will be moving in more

This is a great looking community tucked away from Bridgeport Way. If you're wanting to stay in a prime location, then you've found your home. I am able to walk to most places like grocery stores and parks. more

Great place to live for a reasonable price. Parking is tight, but they do have garages and carports to rent. Maintenance is quick and right the first time, and the staff is exceptional. more

Love living here. It's close to the highway and it makes getting to places a lot easier. I work in Seattle, so getting to highway 16 early in the morning helps me get to work on time. The layout of the apartment is very well thought through. You have plenty of storage and lots of space. I can fit my cali-king sized bed easily into the master bedroom. The dark shaded carpet is also a big plus! more

I moved here 08/01/2014 and I have to say I love it. I moved to a two bedroom apartment, the 1100ft layout. It's spacious and on the lower floor I never hear any noises. It has great natural lighting due to the big windows in each room and the patio is spacious. My dog loves it! Keep in mind this is an older complex so don't expect a brand new luxury apartment. But it is maintained well more

Went apartment hunting for my brother who is relocating from Nevada. Not looking for anything fancy, just a clean well managed place near the military base. This has all he needs and am sure he will enjoy living here. Good rates for size of apartment. more

Lived here for a year and loved it! The same size apartment we have is almost $1,000 more at the other places we checked. Any time we had a maitanence issue it was fixed as soon as we reported it. We are excited to rent for another year. As an added bonus they paint one wall in each room from a bunch of color choices; it makes it feel a lot more like home! more

I have lived here for 3 years and my husband and I love it!!! It is nice that we are closer to schools esp that my husband and I are in school, a walking distance to Tacoma Community College. And if you are a Starbucks drinker its right beside the school!!! My daughter goes to school in UP area and the school district is way better than other cities we have lived in. It is a great location, closer more

they should rename this place "hidden fees apartments" because that is EXACTLY what you will get, living here. I was wrongfully charged a $450 "pet fee" after living here for 2 months.. WITH NO PETS. When I confronted the office about the charge, they said they would credit my account. Well, they credited my account $150 too much, and I was stuck paying that $150 on my next more
