Liveable
I lived here for about three years. Management is very poor. They seem so nice at first when you sign the lease, but then treat you as if they are far more superior. They seem so snobby. There's a lady who works at the clubhouse in the evenings, and she's really nice. If only she was the manager. They have pool tables, but their pool sticks are cheap or broken. Having lakes to look at can be relaxing, but walking around in geese & duck poop is disgusting. The walls are thin and the outside stairs are so noisy when people walk on them. It echos throughout the apartment. The exercise rooms are great to have, but sometimes closes early due to staff shortages to supervise them. I did like the wildlife: birds, squirrels, raccoons. It was very stimulating for my cat. The gate serves no purpose here, because people just sneak in with their cars when someone drives up, the gates stay open when they are broken, and people can walk through them without a key. Rent goes up at least $20 a year. Lock up your bikes, because I had two mountain bikes on the back porch stolen. All-in-all living is good, but stay away from management.Share This Review
