Resident 2012

12/4/2012

DO NOT MOVE HERE! When we first moved into our apartment, it wasn't ready at all, the cleaners were there until 7pm the day we moved in. There were still many things that needed to be fixed and of course they took their good old time. In the first month we lived there, cars had been broken into twice, including ours, and a few cars had been stolen right out of the parking lot. We had mold in our apartment, and they took their sweet time "fixing it" even though there were children in the house. They also told me that it was just dirt. I know many other residents that also had mold issues. Maintenance takes forever to respond to your work order, the parking lot is noisy. Parking isn't too bad depending on where your unit is. They boast security, but I've only seen them there once. The office staff, oh my. They are all rude, except for one guy. They pay you no attention and no one knows what the hell is going. The woman at the cabana can be nice when she wants to be. It always smells good in there but she is normally sitting on her butt. The weekend girls never stay very long, and most of them did nothing either. There was one there over the summer that was actually worth a damn, but she didn't stay long, and I don't blame her. The girl on the weekends now, is a complete brat. She will probably stay since she fits in with the rest of the staff. The gym equipment is old and run down, a few machines are broken, though last I heard, they were getting a few new things. The pool is always packed in the summer, and they say there is a hot tub, but it hasn't worked for as long as I remember. They even built a little "deck" on top of it. The tanning bed breaks down all of the time. The "business center" is always closed. ALWAYS, you can never go up and use it, its chained off. Most of the property seems to permanently smell like marijuana, and people hardly clean up after their pets. I never felt safe living there. So my advice...STAY AWAY!
