It's a great community with plenty to offer anyone. Extremely close to almost all amenities. Short drive or walk to all manner of stores. Great schools nearby as well. People are very friendly. The building are clean and neat and offer great floor plans to match your needs. more

My experience has been overall good. I like the neighborhood and the size of the unit. I find it kind of annoying that the only way to pay rent is online and it includes paying a fee. I don't think that is fair. Also, the counters in my unit are white and old and have been stripped of any glossy finish so that nay food/beverage that touches the counter immediately stains it. more

Here's the straight scoop. The Regency is a nice looking apartment complex with a gate, lots of trees, privacy, close to Fred Meyer, Trader Joe's. the interstates etc. It is a safe community, maintenance is prompt and I have had little complaints with the actual apartments but I do have a huge issue with the management. Don't let the pretty exterior draw you in, IT'S NOT WORTH more

We moved into Camden Place the summer of 2013. At first it was ok. When the rain comes the weirdos tend to stay in their units, but when the sun is out there are a lot of people out and many of them are ghetto. Tons of these parents let their kids run around the complex completely unsupervised all day until about 9-10 at night. These kids range in age from 2 to 12. They litter every where and mess more
