Slate Ridge at Fisher Landing (formerly Heritage Green)

3100 Southeast 168th Avenue, Vancouver, WA 98683

01/16/15 by Jeanene01:
Update: A huge shout out and KUDOs! to the maintenance manager and crew at Slate Ridge. They recently went above and beyond for me and really, I still don't know what I would have done without them. On the nicest day of the year so far I wanted to go play in the sun with my dog, Tandy. Instead . . . my car had a dead battery. I'm new to the area and didn't know who to call or more

It's a great community with plenty to offer anyone. Extremely close to almost all amenities. Short drive or walk to all manner of stores. Great schools nearby as well. People are very friendly. The building are clean and neat and offer great floor plans to match your needs. more

Village at Cascade Park

501 SE 123rd Avenue, Vancouver, WA 98683

My experience has been overall good. I like the neighborhood and the size of the unit. I find it kind of annoying that the only way to pay rent is online and it includes paying a fee. I don't think that is fair. Also, the counters in my unit are white and old and have been stripped of any glossy finish so that nay food/beverage that touches the counter immediately stains it. more

The Regency

11301 SE 10th Street, Vancouver, WA 98664

08/27/14 by heathgemini13:
Here's the straight scoop. The Regency is a nice looking apartment complex with a gate, lots of trees, privacy, close to Fred Meyer, Trader Joe's. the interstates etc. It is a safe community, maintenance is prompt and I have had little complaints with the actual apartments but I do have a huge issue with the management. Don't let the pretty exterior draw you in, IT'S NOT WORTH more

Review is as follows Myself- moved from out of state. 30 years rental experience. Not interested in complaining to management unless completely necessary. Widowed with two kids. Cons I had a car stolen and 2 broken more

Camden Place

4701 Northeast 72nd Avenue, Vancouver, WA 98661

07/30/14 by John Doe II:
We moved into Camden Place the summer of 2013. At first it was ok. When the rain comes the weirdos tend to stay in their units, but when the sun is out there are a lot of people out and many of them are ghetto. Tons of these parents let their kids run around the complex completely unsupervised all day until about 9-10 at night. These kids range in age from 2 to 12. They litter every where and mess more

this review is for my interaction with the office staff of Golfside Village. I have not rented at the property. However, during my hunt for an appartmet, the office staff was prompt, professional, and went out of there way to find the right match for me. I would highly recommend the office staff at Golfside village. their courtesy and spirit will stay with me. the price mentioned below is for more

The Addison (formerly London Flats)

7531 NE 18th Street, Vancouver, WA 98661

03/28/14 by anonymous:
You would think with all the bad comments about this complex something would have changed by now ....Ha Ha. The company who owns The Addison obviously puts profit far above service. Just another big corporation that no longer cares about the people who pay their wages or keeps them in business! more

Don't Live Here! Why? Maintenance ruins more than they fix(really, they did. I was out of power for a week), management that treats you like the enemy, gunshots at night, and the absurdly high fees. "move in cleaning" fees, "move out cleaning" fees, "pre-clean" fees, "carpet" fees, "shampoo" fees, and more. I personally hired a professional more
