Foxcroft Apartments

This is a horrible apartment complex! I moved into my apartment 4 months ago and 1 month ago discovered a bedbug infestation under my matress. They had their "professional" come in to do and inspection and told us the infestastion had likely been there 3 months. We hired our own inspector and he told us it takes 60-90 days before a tenant notices an infestation. Since at that point I had more

The Villas at Beaver Dam Creek

Parking is terrible, mgr. doesn't do anything about it. Upstairs neighbors make as much noise as they want, mgr. doesn't do anything. Dog manure is left on property without cleaning up, manager herself does it. Outdoor lighting is horrible-outdoor bulbs are never replaced. Electrical problems in all buildingh and mold problems in all buildings(covered up) and then the tenants more

Riverside Place Condominiums (formerly Washington Square Apartments)

118 South Washington Street, Green Bay, WI 54301

I currently live at Riverside. Before you make the trip to look you should realize a few things. First, the inside of the rentals is below average and very low grade. Second, if you are renting and someone wants to buy your place they will evict you with 4 months notice. Third, you pay for a parking spot but if an owner wants your spot you will get moved and they won't even ask more

I have one good thing to say about this place-it's very quiet, I never heard any of my neighbors, which was nice. The courtyard in the middle of the place is very nice and makes a nice view when looking out your window. Also, I parked my car in the parking lot almost every night, and had a lot of things out on my patio and never had anything stolen. Now comes the bad stuff. more

Grace Manor

425 South Monroe Avenue, Green Bay, WI 54301

Grace Manor is the most unique stylish building in Green Bay. It is well known and considered a prestigious address. My family was staying at the Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee recently and a couple at a nearby table in the lounge heard me talking about Grace Manor. The man leaned over and introduced himself and he and his wife started telling us about all of the athletes and artists and writers who more

Lived here for a year and a few months. After the year lease, it just goes month-to-month w/o a renewed contract. The Manager was very friendly and allowed residents to text/call her if they had any questions/concern. Her responses to my texts/emails were fairly quick and courteous. Maintenance came the next day when we needed something fix. The only issue I had was parking, since more

Beautiful apartment complex. The maintenance comes fairly quick. The staff is very friendly and location is great. The only downfall was limited parking spaces and late snow removal. more

I loved living here! I rented a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom upper apartment. Parking was never an issue. I love that it had alot of cabinet space, storage and private entrance. The high ceilings made it feel more spacious. The storage on the balcony was nice and convenient. The only reason that I moved out was because I got married and bought a condo with my husband. The only negative thing I can say more

I lived in the 4 level (including basement) 1 bedroom for 7 yrs in the 80s. Only 600 sq ft., but seemed larger with the open layout. It was an easy place to decor. There was no other apts in Green Bay with that 'penthouse' feel to it. I own a home now, but for that time in my life...it was great! more
