Rouse Management made living in Springbrook Row such a great experience. Shannon the property manager is amazing - so kind and helpful, and the maintenance staff is great too. Anytime you have a problem you can expect to have it fixed within the next day or so. While the apartments are somewhat outdated compared to many other offerings on campus, the affordable price for the amount of space you more

2487 Fiedler Lane, Madison, WI 53713

I've been living in the Fiedler Ln. apartments for several years, and it's been great. The apartment is spacious for it's price and in a nice area. While not immediately adjacent to most points of interest, it's been very easy to get wherever I want to go, whether by car or by bus. Brende is an excellent landlord and quite personable. On the rare occasion we've had more

Mendota Lakeshore Apartments

620 N Carroll Street, Madison, WI 53703

I lived at 616 North Carroll for two years, and it is the best renting experience I've ever had. I would've loved to stay but I had to move for my job. The location is very convenient - a 10-15 minute walk to anything on state street and plenty of bus stops to get you anywhere else. The building is right on the lakeshore, so if you have a window facing the lake the breeze really helps more

This is the best apartment that I have lived in. It is clean, safe, quiet, very close to city bus stop, 15 minutes walk to mall/grocery, and well-maintained. Perfect choice for graduate students or young professionals. I also strongly recommend the indoor parking space, which saves you 15-30 minutes of snow cleaning time in the winter and keeps the car in comfortable temperature both in the winter more

i've lived here for just under three years - location is close to work. it's also close to shopping, the beltline, the trail system, the park. central air makes it comfortable in both winter and summer. trash and recycling right outside my door are super convenient. underground parking and ample storage give enough room for my bike workshop. my cat loves the four-seasons room. the more

Junction Ridge

8402 Isaac Dr, Madison, WI 53717

This without a doubt the very best apartment complex I have ever lived in. Apartment has everything that I needed in an apartment, secured entrance, its own washer & dryer, heated underground parking along with storage unit underground also. They are well constructed because the noise level is nil. The location is handy to walk to grocery store, a Super Target plus many brand name smaller stores. more

The property is well maintained and the location is close to shopping, parks as well as easy access to interstate. Its very pet friendly but unfortunately many dog owners do not clean up after their own dogs which reflects poorly on all of us who do. more

Butler Plaza

I lived in a Butler Plaza apartment at 115 N. Hancock for about 5 years. The neighborhood is great, right downtown, close to everything.(Couple parties a year, so if you're looking for SUPER quiet, be aware of that.) The unit had been recently renovated and was a good value for the quality. Butler Plaza staff is really nice and very responsive to needs/requests. Would absolutely rent from more

I love living at the Regent Apartments! This is my first year in the apartments and my experience has been so great that I have already re-signed my lease for next year.
