College Park & Springbrook Row Apartments

921 Fahrenbrook Court, Madison, WI 53715

06/12/15 by BobbyTables:
I lived in College Park my sophomore year and I would highly recommend it! I lived in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse apartment with 2 other guys. I thought the rent amount was very fair and it included everything except electricity. The apartment had a bar style kitchen which was a lot of fun to use when we had people over. In my room I had a bed, dresser, desk and a bookshelf and there was more

Harbour Town Apartments

266 Junction Road, Madison, WI 53717

06/18/15 by anonymous:
Have lived at Harbour Town for several years and can say that it is the BEST apartment I have been in out of at least 10 different rentals during undergrad, grad school, and summer living arrangements due to internships, summer school, etc. Most neighbors are professionals, Epic employees, and some families. There is a rather strict background check to get in, which makes me feel a little safer, more

Hofer & Steadman Properties

2487 Fiedler Lane, Madison, WI 53713

04/02/15 by anonymous:
I've been living in the Fiedler Ln. apartments for several years, and it's been great. The apartment is spacious for it's price and in a nice area. While not immediately adjacent to most points of interest, it's been very easy to get wherever I want to go, whether by car or by bus. Brende is an excellent landlord and quite personable. On the rare occasion we've had more

Mendota Lakeshore Apartments

620 N Carroll Street, Madison, WI 53703

I lived at 616 North Carroll for two years, and it is the best renting experience I've ever had. I would've loved to stay but I had to move for my job. The location is very convenient - a 10-15 minute walk to anything on state street and plenty of bus stops to get you anywhere else. The building is right on the lakeshore, so if you have a window facing the lake the breeze really helps more

Monticello Apartments

5015 Sheboygan Avenue, Madison, WI 53705

This is the best apartment that I have lived in. It is clean, safe, quiet, very close to city bus stop, 15 minutes walk to mall/grocery, and well-maintained. Perfect choice for graduate students or young professionals. I also strongly recommend the indoor parking space, which saves you 15-30 minutes of snow cleaning time in the winter and keeps the car in comfortable temperature both in the winter more

Province Hill Apartment Homes

7602 Mid Town Road, 7602 Mid Town Road, Madison, WI 53719

I lived in Province Hill for 2 years and I absolutely loved it. I really enjoyed sitting in my screened in porch, with my cats, and enjoying the summer nights. The staff is hands down, the nicest of anywhere I've ever lived. They did a great job organizing events to create ways to get to know your neighbors. From St Patrick's Day parties to Book Clubs to Music at the pool there was more

Junction Ridge

8402 Isaac Dr, Madison, WI 53717

A gem of a place! I lived here on two separate occasions, the first time in an efficiency and the second in a one bedroom. The downstairs efficiency was a generous size with a huge closet, massive bathroom, washer and drier in unit, cute breakfast bar, and a lovely patio. Usually when you think of efficiencies you think of a small, cramped space without many amenities, but I was pleasantly more

Saddle Ridge

620 West Badger Road, Madison, WI 53713

Have lived for three yrs and it's amazing to hear people talk about bed bugs and roaches. The only bugs I've ever seen were from the trees after I moved the screen to let more air in. For a one bedroom complex there are a lot of kids but that's not any of my business. I would get off the bus at 1045pm Mon-Fri which is like one NY block from the complex, and there's never anyone more

Stonewood Village

The save the water toilets are one thing we hate. Why put in water saving toilets when it takes 2 to 3 flushes anyway. What a waste of money and extra time to clean them. I will ask the next time I move cause that would be a deal breaker. Just want a normal toilet, more
