East Pointe Commons Apartments

1404 N. Van Buren Street, Milwaukee, WI 53202

East Pointe Commons has been a great place to live. For the past two and a half years, I have rented a one bedroom with den. My corner unit has had great light from the large windows. The unit has much more closet space than comparable apartments of this size and having underground parking was so convenient. The property is well maintained and the few repairs I have needed fixed were attended to more

Yankee Hill Apartments

626 E Kilbourn Avenue, Milwaukee, WI 53202

I noticed there are not many recent reviews and thought it be best to inform those who are considering Yankee Hill that unfortunately, it is not worth the price anymore. As a long term resident, I have seen the service and quality decline over the past year. The building was under construction for about 1.5 years which was a year over the original projection. There then was very little more

I lived at st james for 2 years the first year was okay had a couple of things to complain about such as loud music and feeling like the people upstairs were going to fall into your apartment. But then it stopped so we stayed, then no sooner the noise was back again. The managers they lie there is nothing but outdated appliances in the apartment and they dont want to do any updates they just want more

Knitting Factory Loft Apartments

2100 West Pierce Street, Milwaukee, WI 53204

03/18/14 by anonymous:
I'm a disabled adult and have lived here in the Knitting Factory for a total of 9 years. Honestly, I don't know of anywhere else I'd like to live, really. The apartments are themed after Milwaukee's industrial history so the living spaces have a beautiful architectural glimmer about them. This building offers the best handicap accessibility I've ever seen in another more

So far everything is great. Its quiet, clean, and a mix of people. I moved from Florida and they made our transition good. The walk thru was great and I loved the welcome basket. The area is quiet, no drama. Alot of parks everywhere. I would stay. more

Nice value. Great staff. The building is old but very well taken care of. The elevators are slow, but whatever. I waited a month for parking but it was worth the wait. A lot is included. I really like the location, being from out of town. My unit had a new kitchen before I moved in. And it's always clean. more

Boston Lofts

630 N 4th Street, Milwaukee, WI 53202

I loved my apartment at Boston Lofts. It was very spacious and well-kept with a lot of closet space and unique features such as stained glass windows and high ceilings. The building was quiet and the most noise I heard from neighboring apartments was the occasional dog bark (infrequent and never disturbed me). The underground parking is very convenient and a huge plus with cold Milwaukee more
