East Pointe Commons Apartments

1404 N. Van Buren Street, Milwaukee, WI 53202

East Pointe Commons has been a great place to live. For the past two and a half years, I have rented a one bedroom with den. My corner unit has had great light from the large windows. The unit has much more closet space than comparable apartments of this size and having underground parking was so convenient. The property is well maintained and the few repairs I have needed fixed were attended to more

I noticed there are not many recent reviews and thought it be best to inform those who are considering Yankee Hill that unfortunately, it is not worth the price anymore. As a long term resident, I have seen the service and quality decline over the past year. The building was under construction for about 1.5 years which was a year over the original projection. There then was very little more

I absolutely love living here. The buildings are clean. The grounds are always well-kept. I am a single mother who can't fix anything. Management has come in and even changed my light bulb for me. The complex is very diverse and peaceful which is a beautiful thing. more

First the best: This place is wonderful for me. The staff is absolutely amazing. Whenever I go to the Club House, they say hi, have a nice day, etc. Maintenance responds to issues quickly and well, too. I feel really at home here. Also, they regularly have police patrol the area, the community is super friendly, and if you have pets, this is a great fit for you. Also, the grounds are beautiful and more

My fiancÚ and I were really considering living in a St. James Place apartment, however, after our experience we decided that we will not be living there. We actually went to view apartments there twice. The amenities are great, the clubhouse is nice, along with the fitness room and hot tub. However, we were so disappointed when we saw the apartment. It was tiny, with outdated appliances, and more

So far, our experience here has been good. This is my first time living in an apartment community and I couldn't have asked for a better experience these first weeks. The neighbors are considerate and although noise is expected living amongst other people, the volume is always tolerable. more

Boston Lofts

630 N 4th Street, Milwaukee, WI 53202

I loved my apartment at Boston Lofts. It was very spacious and well-kept with a lot of closet space and unique features such as stained glass windows and high ceilings. The building was quiet and the most noise I heard from neighboring apartments was the occasional dog bark (infrequent and never disturbed me). The underground parking is very convenient and a huge plus with cold Milwaukee more

My husband and I have lived at the Riverwood Associates section of the Rivershire apartments for the last two years. Our experience has been great. We have an upper facing west and compared to all the other apartments that we looked at in the area, not only was it one of the most open concepts for a 1,025 sq ft space (we've had up to 12 people being entertained at a time) but the price you more
