East Pointe Commons Apartments

1404 N. Van Buren Street, Milwaukee, WI 53202

East Pointe Commons has been a great place to live. For the past two and a half years, I have rented a one bedroom with den. My corner unit has had great light from the large windows. The unit has much more closet space than comparable apartments of this size and having underground parking was so convenient. The property is well maintained and the few repairs I have needed fixed were attended to more

Yankee Hill Apartments

626 E Kilbourn Avenue, Milwaukee, WI 53202

I noticed there are not many recent reviews and thought it be best to inform those who are considering Yankee Hill that unfortunately, it is not worth the price anymore. As a long term resident, I have seen the service and quality decline over the past year. The building was under construction for about 1.5 years which was a year over the original projection. There then was very little more

I absolutely love living here. The buildings are clean. The grounds are always well-kept. I am a single mother who can't fix anything. Management has come in and even changed my light bulb for me. The complex is very diverse and peaceful which is a beautiful thing. more

Harbor Pointe Apartment Homes

First the best: This place is wonderful for me. The staff is absolutely amazing. Whenever I go to the Club House, they say hi, have a nice day, etc. Maintenance responds to issues quickly and well, too. I feel really at home here. Also, they regularly have police patrol the area, the community is super friendly, and if you have pets, this is a great fit for you. Also, the grounds are beautiful and more

St. James Place Apartments

10300 West Fountain Avenue, Milwaukee, WI 53224

My fiancé and I were really considering living in a St. James Place apartment, however, after our experience we decided that we will not be living there. We actually went to view apartments there twice. The amenities are great, the clubhouse is nice, along with the fitness room and hot tub. However, we were so disappointed when we saw the apartment. It was tiny, with outdated appliances, and more

Juneau Village Towers

1029 North Jackson Street, Milwaukee, WI 53202

Do not make the same mistake as we did and rent from Juneau Village. I wish I would have read the reviews before signing a lease. I am reading them now becouse I am so shocked in how management has treated us. I wanted to know if it was us or others had a problem with management. The management is disorganized, racist, judge mental, disrespectful and just down right rude. We have had a problem more

Glen Hills Apartments

6600 North Sidney Place, Milwaukee, WI 53209

I lived here for two years and one thing I definitely enjoyed about Glen Hills is how quiet and secluded it is. My neighbors were very respectful and considerate and it was very appreciative. The entire community is well kept and they hold events (picnics, donation drives, rummage sales, etc.) at least once throughout the year. Whenever I had a maintenance problem, the maintenance people would more

So glad I moved in here! The management has bent over backwards to ensure everything is as good as can be. Doug and Patty certainly have made this feel like home. Thanks for all your care and attention. more

Boston Lofts

I loved my apartment at Boston Lofts. It was very spacious and well-kept with a lot of closet space and unique features such as stained glass windows and high ceilings. The building was quiet and the most noise I heard from neighboring apartments was the occasional dog bark (infrequent and never disturbed me). The underground parking is very convenient and a huge plus with cold Milwaukee more

I truly enjoy calling the Fountainview Apts. home. The property is situated in a prime location with everything you need right around the corner. Whenever I have a problem management is always there to help me find a solution. Even if it's something as simple as a burnt out light bulb, I know that my property manager will make sure the maintenance staff takes care of it. Metropolitan more
