This is a wonderful building and we are so lucky to have found the perfect apartment. The neighborhood is still a work-in-progress, but the proximity to so many express trains is crucial. In addition, the lounge and the gym are really special amenities.
Very nice apartment community if a nice area of town. Clean buildings, well manicured. It's a pleasure to call Bradford Place home. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a short term (or long term) lease in Lafayette. Thank you.
The building manager, Devin, is extremely helpful and always available to the residents at the Brunswick House. The building is in one of the best locations in the city and is on a great and very safe street. There are many restaurants and caf?s but the CVS across the street and the hardware store down the street were by far the most helpful during the move in process. The DuPont circle metro stop is a four minute walk away and the blue and silver and yellow lines are about ten minutes away so there is very little in the city that is inaccessible. It is so easy to get things fixed when they are broken, and the management is very competent. The community is very diverse and you get to meet many different people of different ages and professions. Utilities are included in te rent which makes paying bills so easy, especially for younger people starting out in the work force who don't have a lot of experience paying bills. You can pay with a card in the laundry room so there is no need to hoard quarters, and the right washers and right dryers are more than enough to service the whole building. There is a trash room on each floor and temperature is controlled by each unit individually which was really important to me since I am pretty temperature sensitive. I highly recommend!
I have lived here for almost a year now and I have nothing but good things to say! What sold me on these apartments was the fact that both bedrooms are equal size - even though one is designated as the "master", you would never be able to guess by the room and closet size. This was a huge selling point for two 20-something roommates (no more fighting over the bigger room!) Being right on Eagleview's town square is great - I constantly hear music in the summer when I am eating on my balcony. It's a convenient location to the top places in the area without sitting on top of a major highway - you're in this nice, homey community.
GOING DOWN HILL! Since the other property manager resigned it has been almost a nightmare. I have placed a request for a few maintenance issues a MONTH ago and they are STILL NOT fixed. Recently my sir conditioner went out LAST week and they still haven't come to fix it. If the temperature was 50 degrees outside then I wouldn't be so annoyed. However it's NOT and I have temporarily fixed it until maintenance decides to professionally correct the issue. Another problem is that there has been a lot of marijuana smoking in the breeze way. this issue just started happening a couple of weeks ago and has been happening every other day since. Unfortunately the new manager doesn't care about the issues at hand I have to just deal with it as she mentioned to me when I've gone in there to talk to her about it. I will continue to be optimistic but someone needs to put some fire under her ass to get her to manage!!
This complex has fantastic staff, and is perfectly located for UCLA and Westwood. The apartments are beautifully appointed, and the facilities are of a very good quality. It's nice and quiet, while being close to everything: it's a great place to live.
Fernview is fantastic. I just signed my second 12 month lease, and barring a big life change, I do not see my self leaving for a few years. Cindy is knowledgable, professional, and an all around amazing woman. She goes above and beyond for her residents, doing favors that are not in her job description. Dan is great, too: he not only knows what he is doing, he does is quickly and it is done right the first time. Cindy and Dan both know this community like the backs of their hands. The grounds are pretty much perfect--never a piece of trash in sight. The parking could be better, but even at late hours, I never have to park more than a 2 minute walk from my front door. The ranch style of the apartments is a huge plus. I believe most of the apartments have newer cabinetry and countertops throughout. If you're on the border because you've seen the square footage and think it's a bit small: don't knock it till you've seen it. They laid out these apartments well, with next to no wasted space. I even have 3 clothes closets and a linen closet! If I could complain about anything at all, it's that the wall between the medicine cabinets is a bit thin: I can hear my neighbors talking (but that's all you can hear). Fernview is truly a great place to live, and I highly recommend it!
This is one of the best places in bethesda to live. We regularly have community events and they're a big hit with people from other apartments. We've had an Octoberfest which was well-attended by people from nearby apartments as well as a catered Halloween party which was for tenants only with a live DJ, an open bar and plenty of food. Rent prizes for the best costumes. Great sens of community.
I haven't lived here very long, but from the moment I had interest in the community The "Will's" and Reyna have been extremely Polite and helpful. The Apartment is gorgeous. The reviews didn't lie when they said this was a nice place to live. I signed the lease before I had even seen the property, and I've not been disappointed.

Hawthorne at the Hall Apartments Formerly known as Summerwood Apartment HomesRural Hall, NC 27045
When looking for an apartment home we visited several in the area. Hawthorne at the Hall is a step above the rest! Kristy is wonderful and will make you feel so welcome. Compliments to her happy voice when calling. Very refreshing! The entire team has been amazing and will go above and beyond to answer any questions you may have before your move. The location is perfect and is close to some of the best stores and restaurants in Winston Salem. The apartments are only a few years old and are kept clean. We are very pleased with our choice and the service provided thus far!
Very well-maintained landscaping & buildings, friendly and courteous staff, able to live comfortably on a retirement income, pet friendly, and safe environment. Only suggestion would be to leave pool open Fri.-Sun. during September. I'd recommend the apts.
The leasing staff at Huntsville Parc were exceptionally professional and speedy about getting me into my new apartment. I was in and out considering my options in less than an hour. The next day when I came back to sign a lease, I was once again in and out in an hour. Since moving in I have continued to be impressed with the efficiency of their staff. I definitely recommend this complex!
i love Indigo 19 so much. The staff bend over backwards to be supportive. On a regular basis they hold social gatherings, maintenance issues are promptly addressed, the grounds and public areas are beautifully maintained with modern furnishings. The building feels so comfortable and welcoming. It almost shimmers. Security is excellent. The apartment is well designed with a large walk in closet and a washer and dry in their own closet. There is recycling on the premises. The complex is a mile from the ocean and close to shops. I feel so lucky to get to live here.
Can't say enough about this apartment complex. Tenants are nice and courteous, staff is welcoming and helpful, and the location is amazing. Maintenance issues are solved quickly and they will work until the problem is taken care of. The grounds are kept up on a weekly basis during the summer so the place always looks professional. The location is probably the best thing about this place... minutes from Fairview Rd, I-385, downtown Simpsonville and Fountain Inn, and downtown Greenville is about a 30 minute drive away. The only negative thing I have to say is that the walls are pretty thin... sometimes I can hear my neighbor's conversations (if they are speaking louder than normal and my apartment is quiet). Also, it's a little on the expensive side compared to other places nearby and I've noticed the rates have gone up since the new management took over about 6 months ago but as they say, "you get what you pay for". I would highly recommend Jasmine Cove to anyone who asked me.
I have lived at this property for about two weeks now and I am very happy! The amenities are great and the front-office staff is the best i have ever experienced when living in an apartment community. The fact that the property is non-smoking is wonderful! I would recommend this property to anyone looking for an upscale community in Ahwatukee.
Excellent. Any time, maintenance is required, it is resolvoed as soon as possible. The maintenance team is the best. Even during holidays when there are problems like blockages, and stove problems, the Super always shows up to solve the problem. I am highly impressed.
ok i have nothing to say but i am satisfied. i am not sure why this option is required. i think this part of the survey is foolish. please make this field not required. thank you. l;k';klsdafs'fl;kas'dfasl;kdfas'dfl;kasf'l;sdkfa'sdkl;fasl;kfkfas;
I was a resident of Superior Apts. from 2011-2014 and I have to say it was the best apartment I ever resided. My apartment was very charming with its unique layout, exposed brick, and old-fashioned wooden beam. It was very historic in nature, which was admired by everyone who visited my apartment. But the living experience was enhanced with the service I received from Holly, Dave, and Jordan. Those guys and gal were AWESOME! They were always 'Johnny on the Spot' when it came to getting things done. And not only that, they were super nice, courteous, very friendly, and easy to talk to. I can't say enough good things about them or my experience living at Superior Apartments for the last four years. I can only say, if I'm ever looking to move back to Richmond into an apartment, they would be the place I go to. The only reason I would not live there is if they didn't have anything available. Thanks for a truly wonderful and pleasant living experience for the last four years!
clean, well maintained and quietness neighborhood that's all about. Only it would be much better if the storage is inside every apartment, AC unit and laundry too. the price of the apartment just a little high and hard to open up windows to get some fresh air.But in overall we are satisfied..=)
Friendly staff and well maintained units. Superior service when requested. I don't like that this survey requires over 200 characters. It's slightly ridiculous to take the time for a volunteer survey only to have to fill it with stupid fluff.
Thus far, I don't have any complaints about living here. I have lived here for about a year now. I chose this apartment for its location and rent price. I am a commuter so I needed a place that is near all the major transportation outlet. This apartment is sandwich between the light rail, Penn /Marc station, subway, and several major bus lines; all are within short walking distance. For those who own cars there are several nearby parking garages which will allow you to park there for a monthly fee. UB parking is 30 seconds away. This apartment does not have property parking, unfortunately. Rent price starts off below 1000 mark depending on apartment size. To me, that price is great given the location. I refer to this location as the UB locations because UB is right around the corner from here. During the day the streets are busy and buzzing with walkers and traffic but starting around 6 o'clock, things simmer down to a nice quiet evening. The Harbor is approximately 10 minutes ride away (minus traffic lights) vs a 20-25 minutes away by walking. Maintenance response quickly to request and the workmanship is great. I placed a request during the morning and got a reply to this request by mid day with service completed by the time I got home from work, 5:30. The property is kept clean. Management is polite and professional. Neighborhood has plenty of restaurants and sit in coffee houses; I recommend you check out the Nu Bohemian coffee house. Overall, I would recommend this location. I plan to stay here until I buy my first home or move out of state, CA or NY.
South Main Apartments is a small complex which borders a single-family residential neighborhood. It is a very well maintained property and has a great staff looking after its' residents! Residents are respectful of their neighbors in regards to keeping noise levels down and working together to keep the grounds looking good. The staff provides periodic opportunities for the residents to come together for things like movie nights and community yard sales.
These apartments are great. I enjoy the once a month activities that they plan. The food and games are a great way to get to know the staff and neighbors. The people here are friendly and the staff is always courteous. They have a few small dog parks that are great for our small dog. Apartment is cozy
We moved in to Tanglebrook in April 2014 and we plan on being here for a very long time. Management is responsive and friendly! Great place with even better energy! I felt at home on day one. Excellent value in a great location for singles and fam.
It is a great apartment complex with a great maintenance staff. The office is helpful for the most part and I have no complaints. The apartments are beautiful and although a little expensive, I think it is better than any other complex I looked at even with the price.
