This is a wonderful building and we are so lucky to have found the perfect apartment. The neighborhood is still a work-in-progress, but the proximity to so many express trains is crucial. In addition, the lounge and the gym are really special amenities.
I have been here a very short time, but I am very pleased with the modern, safe features of this facility. The staff is outstanding?..friendly and helpful. The underground parking is a huge plus, as is the elevator. I feel safe and secure in this environment.
The Allegro is a great place to live! The staff is friendly and helpful. The common areas are always well maintained and clean. The building is very quite on the weekends and all residents are respectful. It has been a great experience living in the Allegro for two years, and I would consider renewing my lease.
The staff is impeccable when it comes to knowing what is going on. They have always gone above and beyond to help the residents. The two maintenance guys get a 10 on the rating scale as well. I have lived here for almost a year and have already renewed my lease for another. Living here has been a treat. I recommended my friend, who also moved in, and I received a $200. Couldn't ask to live in a better community.
From handling our move completely by phone, to helping us get moved in, the staff at Block 2 were friendly and helpful from the beginning. If you like industrial style loft living in the heart of the city, then this place is for you. It's close to many bars and restaurants, parking is pretty easy considering you live downtown. It can be a little noisy in the summer when there are more events and people wandering around later in the evening, but that's part of urban life. The staff are top notch and very friendly, I talk to the maintenance guys on a daily basis, and the Leslies at the office always keep you informed of packages arriving and events around town. If you are looking for downtown living, this is one of the better places we found. It's not the cheapest, but we have an amazing view of the city from our loft and love it.
Best place to live if you go SDSU. Amenities included are convenient and the staff at the clubhouse is very customer service oriented. Only suggestion would be to add some colors or art to the hallways as I love bringing my friends over and promoting the apartment but the second we step into the hallways I feel very ashamed of feeling like I live in a prison. Even fifty twenty-five's hallways are nicer!!
Very nice apartment community if a nice area of town. Clean buildings, well manicured. It's a pleasure to call Bradford Place home. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a short term (or long term) lease in Lafayette. Thank you.
The building manager, Devin, is extremely helpful and always available to the residents at the Brunswick House. The building is in one of the best locations in the city and is on a great and very safe street. There are many restaurants and caf?s but the CVS across the street and the hardware store down the street were by far the most helpful during the move in process. The DuPont circle metro stop is a four minute walk away and the blue and silver and yellow lines are about ten minutes away so there is very little in the city that is inaccessible. It is so easy to get things fixed when they are broken, and the management is very competent. The community is very diverse and you get to meet many different people of different ages and professions. Utilities are included in te rent which makes paying bills so easy, especially for younger people starting out in the work force who don't have a lot of experience paying bills. You can pay with a card in the laundry room so there is no need to hoard quarters, and the right washers and right dryers are more than enough to service the whole building. There is a trash room on each floor and temperature is controlled by each unit individually which was really important to me since I am pretty temperature sensitive. I highly recommend!
Great apartment location; walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, Whole Foods, and neighborhoods. The building and apartment are beautiful, with a roof deck! Staff are extremely helpful and willing to go above and beyond to help.
I've lived here with my boyfriend for a little over a month and we love it! I've lived in other apartments and this place has the best office staff, hands down. I had to make a quick move and Brad and Christie got me into my apartment in only a day. Brad especially has gone out of his way to make my moving and living experience above and beyond expectation. He is simply wonderful! The complex is pretty quiet and ive had neighbors who are so friendly! The gym is also a great facility! My boyfriend and I love it here and I would totally recommend this place for anyone because it's high quality living and everyone in the office is just lovely!
I have lived here for almost a year now and I have nothing but good things to say! What sold me on these apartments was the fact that both bedrooms are equal size - even though one is designated as the "master", you would never be able to guess by the room and closet size. This was a huge selling point for two 20-something roommates (no more fighting over the bigger room!) Being right on Eagleview's town square is great - I constantly hear music in the summer when I am eating on my balcony. It's a convenient location to the top places in the area without sitting on top of a major highway - you're in this nice, homey community.
GOING DOWN HILL! Since the other property manager resigned it has been almost a nightmare. I have placed a request for a few maintenance issues a MONTH ago and they are STILL NOT fixed. Recently my sir conditioner went out LAST week and they still haven't come to fix it. If the temperature was 50 degrees outside then I wouldn't be so annoyed. However it's NOT and I have temporarily fixed it until maintenance decides to professionally correct the issue. Another problem is that there has been a lot of marijuana smoking in the breeze way. this issue just started happening a couple of weeks ago and has been happening every other day since. Unfortunately the new manager doesn't care about the issues at hand I have to just deal with it as she mentioned to me when I've gone in there to talk to her about it. I will continue to be optimistic but someone needs to put some fire under her ass to get her to manage!!
My wife and I will be moving into this community in about a week so I really can't rate much except for what we have experienced so far. Sylvia and Laura, the leasing agents, have gone out of their way to make us feel welcome. A welcome basket was left in our unit, something that has never been done at any of the places I have rented in the past. The unit has new carpet and new counter tops. The grounds seem to be well maintained. The Club House seems to be used extensively, with many activities going on. We are looking forward to moving in next week and I will post again in a couple of months with a comprehensive review. Well, it is now about a month after we moved in. This is a great place to live. I can not think of anything that we are disappointed in. Jose, the maint. supervisor, does a great job and is always pleasant and respectful. Dina, the housekeeper, is a joy. The entire staff should be proud of themselves.
After living in the same house in a nearby community for 40 years, we "took the plunge" into apartment living last November. What a delightful, "better-than-expected," experience! We are surrounded by friendly neighbors, staff, and cheerful, professional "maintenance personnel" who take care of ALL of our needs in a beautiful, clean, safe environment. Whether a simple task of replacing a burned out lightbulb, or prompt repair of a leaky shower door (which was repaired perfectly--after two previous failed attempts by "off-site" workers!) are needs are met. Thank you SO much, Saul and Esperanza; you are Coventry Court "angels"!! A simple phone call to the office puts us in touch, immediately, with friendly, on-site, staff. Thank you, Melanie, April and Sarah!! You are the BEST in the way of friendly professionalism! You handle your difficult jobs with grace and empathy. Necessary "rules and restrictions" are carefully explained and enforced, for the benefit and fairness of the entire Coventry family. An additional perk which my husband and I enjoy at Coventry Court is the variety of FREE activities that are available. Not only Saturday breakfasts (twice a month) with weekly "coffee talk," "Piano Nights" on Wednesdays, and several opportunities for like-minded neighbors to meet to discuss books, writing, crafts, etc., in addition to game nights, exercise and computer classes. One of the highlights for us has been the Thursday "Aqua Fitness Class" led by Melaney in our Coventry pool--just steps away from our apartment! This beautiful water fitness instructor is excellent, not only in providing appropriate exercises to strengthen the bodies of our 55+ community, but makes the class fun with her unique sense of humor and caring, sensitive, interaction with those in the class. (The warm, salt water pool is another greatly appreciated perk!) A fantastic "Aloha Luau" dinner was hosted by management last night with beautifully decorated tables surrounding the pool and delicious food. Residents provided a variety of desserts lending to that "back home" hospitality which is exemplified here at Coventry Court Luxury Senior Apartments in Tustin, CA. We feel blessed to be a part of this community and are thankful we made the decision to down-size to this place we call "home."
This complex has fantastic staff, and is perfectly located for UCLA and Westwood. The apartments are beautifully appointed, and the facilities are of a very good quality. It's nice and quiet, while being close to everything: it's a great place to live.
Let me begin by saying we owned a single family home for more than 30 years and we never lived in an apartment before, so this was going to be a new experience for us. I also had to pick a place sight unseen from another part of the country,,,I had nothing to base my decision on other than their website. I guess I got lucky, it seems like a very nice place. We have 2 dogs and I am happy to say the office staff has been very warm and friendly, always taking a moment to chat and pat the dogs. We had almost no issues with the apartment (they are brand new) but talking to other residents it seems the maintenance guys are excellent as well. If you are looking for the cheapest place around than this is not it, but when you factor in all of the nice amenities, the cleanliness of the facility, the hospitality of the staff and the location than you will find there is decent value here. Really love the clean pool, clubhouse, community events, car care, pet friendly and especially the great staff. Would like to see a few improvements in the dog park (the place is new so I think in time that will get better).
I've only been here for a few months, but I am completely happy with my choice. The complex is always immaculate - grounds, buildings, common areas, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and it's a pretty quiet complex. I never hear my neighbors through the walls or even in the hallways. On top of that, the apartments are beautiful and the location is fantastic. Love The Escape at Four Points.
Fernview is fantastic. I just signed my second 12 month lease, and barring a big life change, I do not see my self leaving for a few years. Cindy is knowledgable, professional, and an all around amazing woman. She goes above and beyond for her residents, doing favors that are not in her job description. Dan is great, too: he not only knows what he is doing, he does is quickly and it is done right the first time. Cindy and Dan both know this community like the backs of their hands. The grounds are pretty much perfect--never a piece of trash in sight. The parking could be better, but even at late hours, I never have to park more than a 2 minute walk from my front door. The ranch style of the apartments is a huge plus. I believe most of the apartments have newer cabinetry and countertops throughout. If you're on the border because you've seen the square footage and think it's a bit small: don't knock it till you've seen it. They laid out these apartments well, with next to no wasted space. I even have 3 clothes closets and a linen closet! If I could complain about anything at all, it's that the wall between the medicine cabinets is a bit thin: I can hear my neighbors talking (but that's all you can hear). Fernview is truly a great place to live, and I highly recommend it!
I love living at the connection. The only issue I have is that the busses don't accomodate for the amount of people who actually ride the bus.
I have lived at Oaks Meadows for over 14 years now! Can you believe it? I love the complex, location, apartment and the most of all Kelley in the office. She is awesome! Always there for ANYTHING I need! THANK YOU, KELLEY & Staff!
I can't begin to tell you how amazing this place is. From the moment I walked in, I thought I was walking into a resort of some sort. The staff were so amazing and welcoming. Anytime I have any issues they fix them right away. They even come and put my deliveries in my apartment when I'm not home (I have to email them) but still that's amazing since I don't get home until 10 every night. The apartments are located by a lot of restaurants, the MARC station, retail stores and major highways. I'm really happy to be part of a wonderful community.
This is one of the best places in bethesda to live. We regularly have community events and they're a big hit with people from other apartments. We've had an Octoberfest which was well-attended by people from nearby apartments as well as a catered Halloween party which was for tenants only with a live DJ, an open bar and plenty of food. Rent prizes for the best costumes. Great sens of community.
I have been here for two years now. The maintenance is great and the office staff is always extremely helpful. The grounds are well maintained as well! I would recommend living here to anyone,
Since moving to Main St has been nice .I love the convenience of having the Columbus Park Crossing Mall Walmart ,Sam's and restaurants at my convenience that's a bonus. The staff is very polite ,respectfully and they all go out there way to assist you keep up the good work. Having Lynn Free as the property manger has been very nice Ms Free has made alot of changes to better Main Street and .I appreciate them alot thank you Ms Free. V/R D.Stet
We were real skeptical about leasing an apartment especially on the first floor. No problems what so ever. These people really care about their residents, just last week on my way out the gate I was given curbside breakfast and a drink to go, just cause. We enjoy being at a place where our kids can go trunk a treat within the gated community, and have pool parties all given by the staff at Greystone. Great job guys.
