Moving here from Atlanta was a bit of culture shock for me but the staff and residents of 2001 Clarendon have been so nice. I have enjoyed getting to know them and I love living in Arlington! Convenient to the Metro and tons of restaurants and shops close by.
Very satisfied. The community staffing truly cares about the property and is resistance. Beautiful property with an outstanding location. The community has a strong security layout which prevents non residents from entering the building. They provide safe and secure underground parking and an onsite security guard for additional safety after hours.
The apartment is very nice and the floor to ceiling windows really add a lot to the overall appearance of the living space. The staff are all extremely friendly and truly try to get to know you. The social gatherings that the apartment staff hosts for the residents are also a great opportunity to get to know other residents in the building.
So far, our experience at AMLI has been excellent. The staff are courteous, responsive, and care about our satisfaction. The amenities at this facility are fantastic, especially for individuals working from home. Very dog-friendly as well.
I love the convenience of being able to go to the well-appointed gym right after work. Once the warmer weather rolls around, I'm sure the roof lounge will be another favorite location as well! The staff it always helpful and friendly, and the common areas are always clean. Also, the environmentally-friendly features do work-- I barely have to turn the heat on in my apartment because it maintains the temperature very efficiently.

A great community to live in. My neighbors are nice and friendly. There's an awesome dog park next to my building so I get to see cute dogs all the time. Maintenance and the management staff are amazing. They never let anything slip through the cracks. I got very lucky finding this complex.
My experience with this community has always been pleasant and easy going. Everyone of the staff are wonderful and maintenance are always on top of all my needs and I really appreciate them for that. I'm going to stay here until I purchase my home.
I love living here! Great & safe area. Walking distance to restaurants & Marta. Staff and maintenance are great to work with & very responsive. Building is relatively new with nice appliances and laundry units.
I have been living at the Bent tree community for almost a year. These apartments are in a great community, surrounded by great people. The best feature about theses apartments are the secured entrance. When i come home, or just staying home on the weekends i feel secure all the time. The staff here at Bent tree are some of the best staff around hands down!!! the number one thing about Bent tree is the fact that these apartments are affordable and modern. There is an on site laundry facility in every one!!! that makes life better! I highly recommend living here!!! Best apartments in Piqua Ohio!!!
My husband and I have lived in this building for 2 years and plan to continue living here for the foreseeable future. We love the place. Why? - The location. Within walking distance of nearly everything: lots of popular restaurants, many people's offices (including my own), hardware store, drug store, clothing stores, three grocery stores, etc. (Safeway and Whole Foods are both a 5-min walk away, Trader Joe's is a 15-min walk). The red line is very close (5 min walking) and the blue, orange, and silver lines are a 15-min walk, so you can easily take the Metro to Reagan Airport. - The management. Not only is Devin an excellent, understanding, and responsive manager, but every notice he posts in the elevators or mailroom is hilarious. He manages to make information about garbage disposals something people actually get a kick out of reading. Our friends who visit our apartment and see the notices think he's some kind of celebrity/comic genius. - The sound proofing. We can't hear anything from our neighbors. How is that possible?!? I thought noise complaints and hearing your neighbors play bad music at odd hours were inevitable annoyances of living in an apartment building, but Brunswick House has taught me otherwise. - The apartment itself. Plenty of space for a reasonable price (for the location). Dishwasher and disposal, good heating and AC, laundry in the basement. Very practical as long as you don't have kids and need a second bedroom. (I think the whole building is studios and one-bedroom units.) Don't get me wrong: it's not perfect. It's not glamorous like some of the newer buildings. And we've had a number of minor maintenance issues that have taken them a few tries to fix. But overall, we've very happy here.
Cathedral Commons is an extremely peaceful and convenient community. The concierge and office staff always greet you with a smile and are accommodating. The fitness center is open 24//7 and rarely crowded. Also, a supermarket and restaurants in the community are very accessible.
I moved in to Claremont on the Square in October and absolutely love it here. I love the community and the "homey" feel. I especially love my apartments because the great view from my apartment windows. The community is beautifully decorated with Christmas lights.
IT took over a week to complere the work. The bathroom above mine had a leaky component. So they cut a hole in the roof and then did whatever they had to do to fix it. IT stated on a Friday and continued all the next week and then it was completed the following Monday. The work they did onn my bathroom ceiling was excellent. You can not even tell there was a whole cut in the roof. Friday and continues all the next week and finished on the following Monday.
We have lived in the Coventry Court Luxury Senior Apartments in Tustin since July of this year. Melanie, April, and Liz, the rental office personnel, are friendly and professional. The courteous and caring maintenance staff responds quickly to any issues that arise. The apartments are spacious and well maintained with modern appliances. Garages, carports, or parking spaces are available. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. There are many activities available to participate in including piano night, crafts, and yoga, to name a few. Residents are friendly. What is especially nice is that besides the pool and exercise room located within the complex, residents also have access to the Columbus Square Community Center and their many activities and pool. We feel that we are part of a larger, diversified community of families and neighborhoods. The location of the complex is convenient to shopping (The District and The Market Place) as well as the 405, the 55 and the 5 freeways. There will be more new shopping centers, parks, professional buildings, and residential housing being built in the near future that will add to the attractiveness of this area. We love living here!
It is a pleasant place to live. Beautiful area, clean and safe for kids. Overall, the appearance and condition of community grounds are extremely beautiful. Convenient access to shopping, school and major roads. I recommend this community to anyone.
The Crowne at Old Carolina is a wonderful place to call home. I lived there for 3 1/2 years and only recently moved out because I bought my first home. I loved the time that I spent there. The management is professional and friendly and they really make all the neighbors feel like family. The maintenance team is second to none! The apartments are comfortable, spacious, and clean. The grounds are very well kept and clean. I am a single female and live alone and I always felt safe there! I would recommend The Crowne to anyone and everyone!!

its been great!! I have enjoyed living in el Greco apartments. It is conveniently located, especially since I work to UCLA. Everyone at the front desk is extremely nice!! I couldn't imagine living any where else. I'll be sad when I move out :(
Relocating to Houston was an overwhelming challenge and Jimmie Malone and Sade Rhoder made it so much easier. They were AMAZING. Efficient, professional, organized, pleasant. Being from out of town, I was having a disastrous time finding an apartment in here in Houston that was in a good location. When we called the office Jimmie answered and he set up the appointment which made it really convenient and we got to see several apartments without wasting any time. Not only did he show us apartments but he took his time to talk to us about Houston and getting us familiar with Medical Center area. Our experience literally could not have gone better!!! We highly recommend him :) and living at Élan at the Med Center. This is our fifth month living here and we will be renewing our lease. The leasing staff, management and maintenance go out of their way to make the residents feel at home. This is by far the best apartment community in Houston period. Rudy # 505
I am extremely satisfied with Eos Apartments. It's location is perfect for traveling to work and shopping. The amenities are great as well as the staff. The features and layout of the studio apartment were perfect for me.
Estates at Fernview is the best place of apartments I had lived in m almost 20 years in the states. People would think they are apartment, but the apartment are not apartments, forget the neighbors at the back, from, down or up and almost can ensure a back patio. I lived 3 years, the place is quiet which i loved it, front and back door, what I can say about the community manager (Cynthia Meyer), very easy going, open mind and willing to help at any time. Somehow I got a carport which was very helpful during the winters, 15 dollar per month. I can have many good words to continue but you need to live it, highly recommended this place to live. Unfortunately I was relocated out of Cincinnati otherwise I will remain.
I can only echo the overwhelmingly positive reviews that have been written about Everly to date. From the amenities (outdoor pool, fire pit, exercise facility, common room w/90" TV and pool table, covered garage, etc.) to the amazing staff, it has been an absolute pleasure to live here. Additionally, the periodic events hosted by the staff as well as the general friendliness of the staff and residents create a nice community vibe that I have been hard-pressed to find at any other apartment complex in the greater Boston area.
I have really enjoyed living here, the staff is very friendly and meet all our needs in a very timely manner. I would recommend Forest Trail to friends and family. The grounds are very well kept and I feel safe all the time here and everyone is friendly.
