Moving here from Atlanta was a bit of culture shock for me but the staff and residents of 2001 Clarendon have been so nice. I have enjoyed getting to know them and I love living in Arlington! Convenient to the Metro and tons of restaurants and shops close by.
Very satisfied. The community staffing truly cares about the property and is resistance. Beautiful property with an outstanding location. The community has a strong security layout which prevents non residents from entering the building. They provide safe and secure underground parking and an onsite security guard for additional safety after hours.

Andante at Nine Mile Station Formerly Andante ApartmentsDenver, CO 80014
A great community to live in. My neighbors are nice and friendly. There's an awesome dog park next to my building so I get to see cute dogs all the time. Maintenance and the management staff are amazing. They never let anything slip through the cracks. I got very lucky finding this complex.
My experience with this community has always been pleasant and easy going. Everyone of the staff are wonderful and maintenance are always on top of all my needs and I really appreciate them for that. I'm going to stay here until I purchase my home.
The community is well maintained and in a good location. The office staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There was no pressure during the inquiry process and move in went very smoothly. They even had a basket of cleaning supplies and a pizza for us on move in day.
My husband and I have lived in this building for 2 years and plan to continue living here for the foreseeable future. We love the place. Why? - The location. Within walking distance of nearly everything: lots of popular restaurants, many people's offices (including my own), hardware store, drug store, clothing stores, three grocery stores, etc. (Safeway and Whole Foods are both a 5-min walk away, Trader Joe's is a 15-min walk). The red line is very close (5 min walking) and the blue, orange, and silver lines are a 15-min walk, so you can easily take the Metro to Reagan Airport. - The management. Not only is Devin an excellent, understanding, and responsive manager, but every notice he posts in the elevators or mailroom is hilarious. He manages to make information about garbage disposals something people actually get a kick out of reading. Our friends who visit our apartment and see the notices think he's some kind of celebrity/comic genius. - The sound proofing. We can't hear anything from our neighbors. How is that possible?!? I thought noise complaints and hearing your neighbors play bad music at odd hours were inevitable annoyances of living in an apartment building, but Brunswick House has taught me otherwise. - The apartment itself. Plenty of space for a reasonable price (for the location). Dishwasher and disposal, good heating and AC, laundry in the basement. Very practical as long as you don't have kids and need a second bedroom. (I think the whole building is studios and one-bedroom units.) Don't get me wrong: it's not perfect. It's not glamorous like some of the newer buildings. And we've had a number of minor maintenance issues that have taken them a few tries to fix. But overall, we've very happy here.
I moved in to Claremont on the Square in October and absolutely love it here. I love the community and the "homey" feel. I especially love my apartments because the great view from my apartment windows. The community is beautifully decorated with Christmas lights.
IT took over a week to complere the work. The bathroom above mine had a leaky component. So they cut a hole in the roof and then did whatever they had to do to fix it. IT stated on a Friday and continued all the next week and then it was completed the following Monday. The work they did onn my bathroom ceiling was excellent. You can not even tell there was a whole cut in the roof. Friday and continues all the next week and finished on the following Monday.
It is a pleasant place to live. Beautiful area, clean and safe for kids. Overall, the appearance and condition of community grounds are extremely beautiful. Convenient access to shopping, school and major roads. I recommend this community to anyone.

its been great!! I have enjoyed living in el Greco apartments. It is conveniently located, especially since I work to UCLA. Everyone at the front desk is extremely nice!! I couldn't imagine living any where else. I'll be sad when I move out :(
Estates at Fernview is the best place of apartments I had lived in m almost 20 years in the states. People would think they are apartment, but the apartment are not apartments, forget the neighbors at the back, from, down or up and almost can ensure a back patio. I lived 3 years, the place is quiet which i loved it, front and back door, what I can say about the community manager (Cynthia Meyer), very easy going, open mind and willing to help at any time. Somehow I got a carport which was very helpful during the winters, 15 dollar per month. I can have many good words to continue but you need to live it, highly recommended this place to live. Unfortunately I was relocated out of Cincinnati otherwise I will remain.
I have really enjoyed living here, the staff is very friendly and meet all our needs in a very timely manner. I would recommend Forest Trail to friends and family. The grounds are very well kept and I feel safe all the time here and everyone is friendly.

This is a great place to live on the edge of a historic neighborhood with a great rooftop view and pool. Unlike other apartments in the area, the pool runs 8-ft deep. The building management and staff are friendly and helpful. Repairs on the apartment are done quickly and efficiently, package holding is easy and hassle-free, and they offer valet dry cleaning services and plant watering services. The apartments are well-kept and the utilities come free with the rent! There is also a complimentary shuttle to the supermarket and to the major medical centers in the area, which is helpful for non-drivers - although there are indoor and outdoor parking spaces for the residents. The building is pet friendly and the Italian cafe downstairs is a delight.
The community is a great place to live. The management staff is kind, courteous, and friendly. The management is there to help when needed and they are prompt with the help. Maintenance was great. My requests were fixed the first time in a speedy manner. The community is beautiful and the apartments are beautiful as well. Great place to live.
It has been a truly great experience except for the handicap parkingg problem. The spot that was created for me is dangerous because it stays wet all the time. So I have chosen another handicap spot. Laveeta helped me promptly when other residents with out handicap tags routinely parked there and also parked in front of the ramp, which was even more dangerous. That problem is solved.

Hawthorne at the Hall Apartments Formerly known as Summerwood Apartment HomesRural Hall, NC 27045
This was the best experience for me under terrible circumstances. I was going through a divorce with a seven year old and I dreaded moving into an apartment, but everything about the Hawthorne made it okay. My daughter looked forward to going in and getting the complimentary water and a lollipop. She enjoyed the monthly activities. The fact she could take her dog to the dog park and play made it fun for both of them. I only needed one thing serviced while at the apartment and it was taken care of the same day. The front office was great and would even deliver packages to our door. They also made sure that ruled were followed and maintained. I never heard or saw anything that would make me feel unsafe. I appreciate the care they gave to my daughter and I during our transition.
The only issues that we have are: the landscape guys blow grass all over our vehicles and blow our door mats all over the place and they don't put it back in front of the door. Parking can be any issue at times with visitors parking close to the building.
I could not be more pleased with our stay at Kensington Place apartments. We moved in last September and we were so sad to not renew this fall. Unfortunately the commute is just too much for us and spending 400$ a month taking the express lanes was not worth it for us financially. We were living in the fourth floor 2 bed 2 bath. It was beautiful views of the pool. Inside we had luxurious crown molding and beautiful counter tops. Parking was always plentiful and we NEVER heard our neighbors or noise even from the pool. Whenever there was a problem, the leasing staff would reply to our phone calls/emails within a few hours if not right away. Maintenance was always available as well. George was fantastic coming well into the evening if need be. He was also so laid back and willing to cooperate with our all too friendly chocolate lab. I would recommend this place to everyone and anyone looking at living in this area. Rent is higher than other rentals in this area but it is well worth it. Beautiful apartments, clean grounds, pet friendly, plentiful parking, and great amenities!
Everything involved in the move in process was extremely easy. Yvette did a phenomenal job in taking care of me and answered all if my questions in a prompt manner. I love the location of the apartment and the easy access to shopping and my work. It is a pleasure to live here. I enjoy it very much.
Move in was quick and easy. The office managers were friendly and prompt to answer/fix any questions or issues we had. The maintenance crew are quick to start fixing any issues that arise in a friendly and professional manner. I was very satisfied with our move in experience .
It has been great thus far. The service is great, I love the manager and I love how quiet it is. All of my neighbors seem to be nice and there hasn't been any real issues. I hope that it continues this way because I see myself here for a little while.
We really enjoy the community! The area is very beautiful and the gardens are nice. We have had few problems and the staff has been very helpful and a great resource. We also loved that it was pet friendly. Our cat, peaches, love it here too. Thank you for being a great apartment community!
I been having a GREAT experience. Neighbors are nice and pretty much stay to them self. Quiet and nice community. I have a son and the office manger took into consideration with me being on the bottom and also new carpet. Overall everything was excellent when I moved in compared to my last place I stayed.
