The apartment building has improved greatly under Bozzuto management. The wifi in common areas has improved and more events have been coordinated for the residents. The building's amenities are second to none, as is the gym. Not only are there many cardio machines, free weights, a bench press and a squat rack, there are fitness classes hosted weekly in the gym. In terms of bang-for-your-buck this building can't be beat
Great location, building & apartment for a good price. We were looking for a unit in Federal Hill to access 95 and 83 that was in an apartment building with available parking, great amenities and at an affordable rate. We felt like 1111 was the best fit for us and have had a great experience.
The staff is amazing beautiful amenities. Very quiet spacious floor plans. A professional atmosphere maintenance guys are always on the job. Defintley made the best decision to move here. This apartment complex is defintley the best in Charleston!
Beautiful, spacious apartment in a quiet area still downtown and walking distance to everything. Quality interior finishes- We have an awesome view of downtown. Love our outdoor space which is hard to find downtown. Peaceful and classy community- nice pool and recreational area. Awesome fitness room. Great staff- Stacy is amazing and so knowledgeable and helpful.
Great apartment. Staff is super friendly. Common areas in the building are clean. Quick service whenever you need something fixed or a question to be answered. Very organized and whenever there is an event the staff is great at communicating.
I've been here less than a week so far, but it has been great! The apartments are beautiful, the upkeep is exceptional, the clubhouse and pool are great. For the most part it has been relatively quiet.
I enjoy living at this complex. It is nice and quite and close to everything that I need. They are prompt to resolve any issue that come up. The staff is always nice and courteous. The price is also good for the area.
Quiet community well kept and always clean. The staff here makes the community even better. Lots of ammenities and it's located close to any and everything the average person could need. The residents are friendly as well.
Audubon Pointe is a nice and affordable. A cool location, far enough but still close enough to the university and downtown scene. Mall, restraraunts, supermarkets are all in close distances and just 20min from King Of Prussia.
Lived in #18 for 3 years with my family. Have a new baby now so, we just moved to a bigger place. But I would like to say, Joy takes care of issues promptly and the maintenance team is awesome. Bruce fixes broken things super fast.
By far one of the best apartment communities in Huntsville. Apartments are very nice. Each resident has his/her own parking spot in garage. Excellent city location. Excellent and courteous prompt staff.
Bennett Park is a beautiful building with great amenities. I love that it is dog friendly and the staff are so kind and helpful. They are always upgrading common spaces and offer newly updated units. Even the non-updated units are very nice! I really enjoy coming home after a long day at work.
My wife and I have rented at Bethesda Place for five years now, in two different apartments. We have always liked the cheery and helpful staff and the speedy service for all maintenance requests. The apartments are larger than many nearby complexes and the building is quiet and well-appointed, though it was built before developments started adding pools, rooftop decks, large gym areas and other amenities. The reasonable [by Bethesda standards, anyway] rents reflect this. Currently there is a lot of construction nearby but this will likely continue throughout the area due to the upcoming Marriott project. Overall, we still give it a big "thumbs up".
Nice location, but rental price is high in this neighborhood. Good for commuters. Unsure about public school system. Currently do not have a child who goes to school. Restaurants and markets are nearby which makes it convenient.
I enjoy living at the Catalyst. It is a nice community and very conveniently located, you can walk to the Metra, CTA, 3 major grocery stores and the best restaurants. The staff is friendly. The apartment amenities are up to date.
Very quiet neighborhood and community. The carpets in the hallways are quite dirty because it actually tracks into my unit. Carpet cleaning and a fresh coat of paint in the hallways would be nice. Cleaning the fire doors regularly would also be nice.
Celtic Crossing is a great place to live, the apartments are beautiful and brand new. All appliances work great and overall a quiet place to live. I would recommend this apartment complex to all who are looking for a place to live in St. Charles, it is in a great location close to everything.
The staff was easy to work with and very accommodating during my move in. I have only been here a month, but I would recommend this apartment to anyone. The location is perfect and the building is brand new!
We recently sold our house in Malvern and were looking for temporary housing while building a new home in Chester county. After checking out some other apartments, it was an easy decision to go with Claremont on the Square. The folks in the rental office, especially Cheran have been wonderful. Guiding us thru the selection process and assisting with our move in. The few times we've had to report an issue the maintenance team has fixed it the same day. We love it here.
Very nice property in a terrific location. Really nice amenities and superb customer service. Only caution??”the back alley is noisy??”if you??™re a light sleeper avoid apartments on the back side of the bldg.
Great staff, great location, parking, nice pool area, close to my work and the neighbors are excellent. I love the loft layout. Lauren, Harrison, and Leon are outstanding as well. Always friendly and kind.
The Continuum is modern, sparkling clean and conveniently located. The staff is very accommodating, always available and friendly. My dog is welcome here and feels at home. We were able to take a 6 month lease as our home is being renovated, and are experiencing luxury living at it's best. Washer and dryer in the apartment, modern appliances and great views. Erick is terrific.
We haven't been here long, but the community is welcoming and friendly. The community is dog-friendly, which was an important consideration when we were looking for an apartment. Parking arrangements are convenient.
FAMILY LIKE NEIGHBORS AND HOUSING STAFF. VERY SECURE. EVERY BODY WATCHES THE CHILDREN AND HELP THE ELDERS. CLEAN, BRIGHT AND SAFE COMPOUND. NEVER HEARD LOUD NOISE DAY OR NIGHT. I COME FROM WORK AFTER MIDNIGHT NEVER GET SCARED.
When I first moved here my plans was to stay here temporarily .But after the first 12 months I decided to renew my lease again .The reason why is because I never experienced anything like this before .The staff are so wonderful every 3 months they sent me an email asking was I still comfortable in my new home .And the maintenance team are wonderful to ,I mean after 3 months they knew me by my name ,anytime I had a problem they came out in a reasonable amount of time and completed the job I was very satisfied with them. Trust me take it from me if you decided to move here you would love it.
